Maang tika!! Missed symbolism?

Hey guys,

I forgot to mention this before but the episode (10th?) when Pia is taking the skirts Bani bought for her from Dubai and Bani's maang tika got stuck in it and Bani asks her "Pia tum mera maangi tika kahan le kar ja rahi ho. Ek yahi toh cheez hai jo ek aurat kissi se baant nahin sakti" (something like that). Well, then Pia reluctantly and with a grief-stricken face gives it back to Bani. Could that symbolize Pia handing Jai back to Bani? Or am I just going nuts?!😆

thats what i thought..i think that they r trying to get pia and pushkar together..somehow pia will realize the love for her pehla pyaar. jai n bani will finally be in peace..for atleast some time...though there is nothing called peace in ekta's dictionary..lol

But where is the mangalsutra that was given to be repaired? The fact that Bani is not wearing one is quite significant I think. Usually even if one is being repaired, doesn't the woman wear something else?
