Jeevika and Viren were up the whole night. After finding the perfect cruise for their wedding/vacation they started finding different treatments for Veera. Veera still had no idea that her mom and bua were here as well as Jeevika's parents.
jeevika - "I think Veera has two classes today, and two tomorrow. I'll take her with me and then I'll bring her home"
viren - "I'll come also Jeevs. Let me quickly go take a shower, can you make some coffee?"
jeevika - "Yeah go fast, and I'll wake Veera up"
Both of them went upstairs and saw everyone getting up. They all decided to go wake Veera up. Jeevika kneeled down next to Veera and placed her hand on her head.
jeevika - "Viren, I think she has a fever. Quickly get the thermometer"
Viren ran out and Jeevika woke up Veera.
veera - "Bhabhi, wait is that mom. Ma you're here and bua"
vanshika - "Beta, shh don't talk. Just lay down okay, you have a fever right now. We're here with you okay don't worry"
Viren came back in and Jeevika checked her temperature. She had a fever at 102.
jeevika - "Viren, stay here with her let me call Dr. Chen. Im sure this is because of the chemo but let me just make sure to get the right medications for her"
Viren sat next to Veera and held onto her hand. He brushed his hand on her forehead.
veera - "Bhai Im fine, please let me get up and shower. I have a class in a few hours and I want to go early"
viren - "Veera are you out of your mind? Stay put right now"
jeevika - "Viren, the doctor just prescribed some medicine at the pharmacy nearby. I'll go pick it up"
viren - "No it's okay you stay here with Veera. I'll go and get it"
Viren left and Jeevika helped Veera go to the bathroom. She freshened up and by the time she came back Vanshika had made her some hot tea. She noticed two other people also, and guessed they were Jeevika's parents.
veera - "Hi, I'm guessing your jeevika bhabhi's parents? Sorry about this"
jeevika - "Veera, stop talking please. Close your eyes for a little while"
Viren came back in another 20 minutes. He got out two different medications and helped Veera take it.
jeevika - "You should be fine in an hour or so okay"
veera - "If my fever is down can I go to my first class today. Please bhabhi"
viren - "Veera, I already told you no right. Stop it now"
veera - "Bhabhi, he'll listen to you. please tell him"
jeevika - "okay first rest. We'll see in a bit"
Veera fell back asleep and they all left the room.
viren - "Jeevs did the doctor say anything else?"
jeevika - "No she said it was normal. Just have to monitor her fever. Viren I think it's good if she goes to class, it will distract her mind, only if her fever is done. Just let her be as normal as possible okay don't make her feel like something is wrong, or she'll start getting depressed. She's already going thru enough with all these medication and chemo"
viren - "But jeevika"
jeevika - "Viren we'll stay outside her class, please don't deprive her"
Soon they all went down to eat some breakfast. Everyone was really worried for Veera and her health. They just wished some miracle could happen and save her.
jeevika - "I'll go check on her"
Jeevika went up and of course Viren followed her upstairs. Veera was up and trying to get her clothes out from the closet.
viren - "Veera, why are you up. Can you please settle down on your bed"
veera - "Bhai I'm fine"
jeevika - "Your fever's down now. You sure you feel alright to go to class? The first day isn't a big deal, its just like orientation"
veera - "No I'm fine. Trust me, please"
viren - "Veera you sure?"
veera - "Yes bhai"
jeevika - "Okay fine go get ready. We'll go with you, anyways I need to go back to my apartment"
veera - "Okay i'll be right back"
Veera left to take a shower and so did Viren. As soon as Veera came out she went downstairs to the breakfast table where everyone was waiting. Her mom had made her some food, but she didn't feel like eating that at all. Jeevika just gave her a glass of juice and then Viren and Virat came down. They both handed her a boxed gift.
veera - "What's this for?"
viren - "Just a gift for you. For your first day"
Veera was excited and opened the gift. It was a new macbook pro.
veera - "OMG how did you know I want this. Thank you so much"
viren - "Your welcome. We knew you'd need it now so we decided to get it for you :)"
Veera have both her brothers a hug.
jeevika - "You ready to leave?"
veera - "Yup lets go"
jeevika - "Mom, dad did you get your stuff?"
viren - "Where are they going?"
jeevika - "To my place"
viren - "I thought we went over this already. They aren't staying there alone. And anyways they have company here"
swamini - "Yeah Jeevika, don't worry we'll take good care of your parents"
Jeevika smiled and soon Viren, Veera, and Jeevika left. Veera already knew where her class was so she walked straight there as soon as Jeevika parked. Viren however made sure to remind her to take care of herself 50 times before letting her leave. Viren and Jeevika then walked over to Jeevika's apartment.
jeevika - "Viren I'm going shower. Feeling so dirty right now"
viren - "Care if I join you?"
Jeevika smacked his chest and went to the bathroom. Viren was waiting outside on the sofa waiting for his fianc to come out. He decided to go inside her room and wait there. She came out after another 15 minutes with her hair dripping water on the floor.
viren - "Hi gorgeous"
jeevika - "What the hell are you doing in here Mr. Vadhera. Who said you can come inside my room. Go out"
viren - "Hello, I'm your fianc. I don't need your permission anymore"
jeevika - "Viren"
viren - "Jeevika"
Viren started walking closer to Jeevika. She walked backwards scared of what Viren was going to do next. She kept going backwards till she hit the back wall.
viren - "Now where will you run away?"
jeevika - "Viren stop with all this romance"
viren - "Why you're not enjoying all my attention. Do you really want me to go away from this beautiful face"
jeevika - "This is why I wanted my parents to come. Atleast they could protect me from you"
viren - "I think you've already fallen into my trap to be protected any longer. You're mine and only mine, got it?"
jeevika - "Okay Mr. Vadhera, now can I please change"
viren - "Go ahead"
jeevika - "Viren"
viren - "Jeevika"
jeevika - "You need to go out in order for me to change"
viren - "Not necessarily. If you can't do it I can help you, you know"
Jeevika decided to do the same Viren was.
jeevika - "Ohh so you want to help me" she said as Viren started walking backwards now and Jeevika towards him
viren - "Of course, if i don't help you who else would i help?"
jeevika - "That's true, hmm" and before Viren knew it he had walked outside the room and Jeevika quickly shut the door and locked it
viren - "You'll get payback for this you know?"
jeevika - "Mhmm" she said changing as Viren waited outside.
