Na I don't believe it at all.. some websites say up to 9 hours of sleep.. I mean where in the world do people have so much time.. I think it all depends on us. As long as we're well rested, that's more than enough.. Like for me 4-5 hours is enough and will keep me fresh and energetic throughout the day but for others they need 8 hours or more. so it really depends on your body
but seriously go and sleep. It's already so late (i mean early).. i'm mtpping and creating new posts..so no worries. Hopefully by time you get back, we would have reached 1000..đ
