The only time someone stood upto Ovi in defense of Purvi, it didn't go too well so Arjun will not do or say anything, his hands are effectively tied, his baby's life hangs like a Damocles' sword above his head so he will handle Ovi like the rest of them, with kid gloves, she has "danger, explosive, fragile, handle with care" written in big bold red letters all over her!!!

Purvi will willingly let Ovi squish her self-respect and shatter her peace every single time. Until Purvi learns to stand up to the bully, no use in feeling sorry for Purvi, she is actually embracing it happily like a martyr.

I have a feeling that her recently heightened "Purvi Complex"will later be changed into a caring sister/mother. After she loses her baby, she would see Purvi as the mother of her baby. And will start to take care of her, do everything for her and etc. This would make Purvi very grateful towards her, and she might even give her baby to Ovi. And motherly love will always be more than one's actual love. For ex. Varsha. The only good thing will come out of it would be ARVI's reunion because Ovi will love the baby more than Arjun.
