Yash isn't angry...he might be feeling defeated and betrayed but I couldn't find anger anywhere!

Am I correct?

Absolutely right their were feelings of betrayed and broken heart but not seen any feeling of hate or anger ; As he said himself " main ap se nafrat bhi to nahi krsakta" his single emotion depicts it very well .

Yup there is no anger atall. Yash is so badly hurt that only arthi can apply medicine to it as answers with correct understanding.
