Yash[patient]:Right now I'm going through some horrible emotional stuff, and I just want to forget it all. I can't drown it out in music, forget about it by watching TV nor reading. Walking didn't clear my mind. I've explained my problem, but talking about it didn't help. I've got such a negative feeling throughout my body, what do I do to drown it out?

Mariya[Doctor]:Take an open bath,with that red towel...
