Nikkhil’s new love!

As Rudr in Star's afternoon daily Kesar, Nikkhil Arya has already proven that models can also act. With Aruna Irani's weekly Rabba Ishq Na Hove, which airs from tonight on Zee (the rains put off the telecast last week), Nikkhil hopes to go further.

He plays Vivan Suryavanshi, a casanova, who falls in love with Veera (Sangeeta Ghosh) and life changes forever. Says Nikkhil, "The script is amazing and I'm confident the show will be a definite winner." When Nikkhil was first offered the part, he almost didn't do it.

"I was contemplating doing one of the three shows I was offered, and each role was exciting. There were date issues because of which I wasn't sure if I could do Rabba, but then eventually made up my mind."

Right now Nikkhil is living it up playing Vivan and Rudr in his shows respectively romancing two pretty co-stars. "Yeah, but they are strictly on-screen romances," he cautions.
