The episode starts with Naksh watching Naitik wake up. Naksh is scared and runs out calling for Akshara. He sees Akshara talking to Varsha and hugs her and mumbles something about 'papa in the room'. Akshara rushes to see what happened. She's overjoyed to see Naitik awake. But Naitik doesn't respond to anything she says. The kids apologise to Varsha. Varsha asks Naksh what happened and Naksh tells her that papa opened his eyes. Everyone is happy.😊
Meanwhile in maheshwari house, Rajeshshri and the rest worry about Vishambar's health. They come to a conclusion that Vishambar must go jogging daily to improve his health. Meanwhile in the Singhania house Akshara calls the doctor and informs him about Naitik's recovery. Akshara speaks to Naitik about staying in the resort, flashbacks are show, and then Akshara tells him about the accident. Akshara then tells him that this happened 4 years ago. Flashbacks are shown about Naksh's birthday. Akshara brings pictures of Naksh as a kid and shows them to Naitik. Akshara tells Naitik all about Naksh. Meanwhile music plays in the background.Naitik fondly touches the pics. Tears escape naitik's eyes. Akshara wipes them and tells him its not time to cry, its the time to rejoice! While akshara turns, Naitik calls out 'Ak' 'Ak'. Akshara is overjoyed and starts crying. she says she waited for four years to hear Naitik call her.Both are happy. 😳
Vishambhar meanwhile informs the maheshwari house that Naitik has opened his eyes. Rajeshri, Dadi , choti and Anshu are overjoyed.In the singhania house Gayatri, rajbanna and bhabhimaa return from the temple. Gayatri rushes to Naitik and hugs him, she tells him never to leave her again. Bhabhimaa and gayatri start crying. Meanwhile Naitik's eyes are searching for Daddaji. Akshara informs him that Daddaji is in his room, and that he's sick now days especially after the accident. Akshara tells everyone that she told Naitik about the accident.
Dr. Agarwal visits to see naitik. He tells that more than his medicines its his families prayers that saved him. Sweets are made, and the Sighania family is rejoicing. Meanwhile the kids are sient in the nursery. Naksh asks girja where Dadi was. Girija informs him that Gayatri is with Naitik because he's her favourite. Naksh feels bad. The doctor tells Naitik that he would soon have physiotherapy classes to help him improve. He tells him that in four years Akshara never lost hope, she was there with Naitik like his Shadow. Naitik looks lovingly at Akshara. 😳
Akshara visits Naksh in the nursery. She tells Naksh that Naitik wants to meet him. Akshara tells Naksh that he's very special for Naitik. Thats why he shook his hand in front of naksh and later even opened his eyes on his birthday. Akshara tells Naksh that Naitik loves him a lot and that he was waiting for him. Naksh is silent and refuses from visiting Naitik. Akshara gets angry and Naksh gets upset.Akshara tries to make up to him , but Naksh doesn't budge. Akshara then repeats that Naiti loves Naksh a lot and goes away from the nursery.Akshara decides to tell Gayatri to convince Naksh.
