I think it depends on how Aarti reacts upon seeing him. If she pretends to be happy and cheery (which is most likely to be since she doesn't know that Yash already knows the truth), he might for starters pretend not to know anything either. Subsequently, he would just care for Aarti (because he loves her and also because he feels that it's his responsibility to care for her) but he is definitely not going to be the same sweet and romantic Yash anymore, for the time being at least.

Defnitely Saffi! Actually I am very excited about tonight's episode! Really really wonder what his immediate reaction is gonna be like and I hope the Dubey-drama isn't stretched for too long. I want to see more of Aarti and Yash and the once again changing dynamics of their relationship, with THE truth out.
