Once Upon A ... Mistake?
KHUSHI POV
Everyone says that love teaches us to live, they say hope is all we got and is the key to hold on to relationships.
And everyone knows that, that is bullshit. Just like everyone thought that it was their business to ensure my happiness.
My mother thought it was her business to ensure my "happiness" and my father supported her decision by saying that it was his business to find me a groom and get me to finally tie the knot.
Seriously?
And did I agree? NO!
Did they care? NOPE!
And here I was today, sitting in this damn club trying my best to enjoy what is supposed to be my "Bachelorette Party". I felt like a porcelain doll. all decked up and kept ready to be sold in a few days. Ironic huh?
"One sex on the beach, Please?" I yelled trying to get the bartender's attention.
The bartender turned towards me and then rolled his eyes and turned away which caused me to snap my fingers at his not-so-pretty-face and yell "Dude, my drink?"
And then I felt someone shout behind me trying to get himself heard despite of the loud music.
"He won't listen to you," he said "He's trying to impress that young lady there."
He shouted out, his index finger pointing out to 'that young lady'.
I groaned, so much for a drink.
I felt someone tug my wrist and pull it, following the lead I just followed the lead. Letting this stranger lead me to god knows where.
And then I felt him slip a drink into my hand.
A "sex on the beach" the ultimate drink I was craving for this whole evening and without a second thought I brought the glass to my lips, slowly losing myself to the drink, not once remembering the basic rule we were told to follow since like, forever - Never to befriend or trust strangers especially in places like clubs where anyone could easily spike your drinks.
Trusting strangers led to mistakes and mistakes lead to doom and that lead to ... Well, who knew. All I knew was that I was set for mistakes. Maybe they could be the only way out of this doomed arrangement I was going to be forced into.
"You know I could have spiked that drink, for all you know!" the voice said snapping me out of my reverie.
"Yeah! To have your dirty way with me?," I snorted and turned away.
"Well, Do you want me to? "
I moved closer stepping infront of the figure.I placed my hands on his body and traced his rock hard chest.
Eight pack, huh?
I pulled him towards me and moved towards his face and further towards his ears. I could feel his breath on my neck and then taking the cue I whispered "Next time, try harder!" and moved away but not before he caught hold of my wrist and pulled me towards him.
And the lights flashed giving me a glimpse of this stranger.
He had it all! A perfectly carved out face, looks that could kill, a smirk that could melt any heart, a voice that was music to your should,an attitude to die for, a personality that made him stand out and a body anyone would die for.
A part of my mind screamed "Greek God!" while the other screamed "Red Alert! HOT!" but the sensible part of my mind of my mind that I had known to have ceased to exist screamed "Stay away, he's trouble!".
And I stood there staring at him until I heard him say "Click a picture! It'll last longer" which caused me to snap and roll my eyes. Cocky Much?
"And waste a shot on this," I retorted, my finger drawing an imaginary
circle around his face.
Which just caused him to smirk and ask "Up for a drink?"
He dragged me towards the bar without even waiting for my response.
What's with guys and all the pulling and dragging?

ARNAV POV
"Khushi Kumari Gupta," she slurred "You can call me Khush, your ma hawtipie, right?! And hot people are fun.. Noo, hot people are crazzy or are they mean. They are cool.. No they are not .. But you are aren't you? Crazzy, I mean."
I smiled as she scrunched her face in confusion. She looked cute, who am I kidding she was cute.
I smiled at the girl in his arms. Arnav Raizada smiling, that was rare.
Strangely she felt good there, like she belonged there.
Now, from where did that thought come? I thought as I shrugged it off.

I leaned on the door as I looked at the sleeping figure in his bed as she woke up and as her face first registered shock and then confusion and then she started muttering making faces as she started cursing herself. I shook my head at her antics and then not able to hold my laughter I let it out which only caused her to look up, snap out of her antics and scream
"You!"
Ah! This is gonna be interesting I thought as I walked over and sat on the
bed and replied.
"Yeah! Remember me your 'hawtiepie'." which did nothing but made her
blush.

KHUSHI POV
I woke up to unfamiliar surroundings.
This was NOT my room and the next thing I realised was that I had a killer headache.
Clutching my forehead, I wrecked my brains trying to remember what happened last night.
The last thing I remembered was being totally intoxicated and bawling my eyes out while that stranger peacefully listened to me.
Stranger + Emotionally Weak + Unfamiliar surroundings + ... NO!
Oh No I didn't ! Was all I thought as I squeezed my eyes shut and felt the "thing" I was wearing.
No No No No No ... Was all that my mind chanted.
I didn't or did I ?
"Really Khushi out of all the things you do you had to jump in bed with some random stranger. Who cares if he was hot!" I cursed myself, totally disappointed at myself.
Crying wouldn't help, it never did. Damn those who thought it did.
I heard someone laugh which caused me to look up and glare at the figure.
And then I saw him laugh. His dimples showing and eyes twinkling with
joy.
"You!" I screamed which caused him stop laughing and walk over and sit on the same damn bed I was currently lying on and say "Yeah! Remember me, you're 'hawtiepie' "
I felt my cheeks heat up for no reason, I knew that a traitorous blush was creeping up my cheeks.
"So did we ... ?," I hinted not bothering to complete the sentence.
"Have hot undeniable forbidden sex?," he completed "Fortunately No!"
I could feel myself breathe a sigh of relief and at the same time glare at him.
"Not that I don't want to, believe me you're quite desirable" he continued.
"So you're gay? I knew it this is so bloody wrong. Why does every desirable guy have to be taken or gay..." I interrupted, clearly ranting. The next thing I knew was that his hand was over my mouth.
"No, if we ever do it I just want you to remember us doing "it" being completely sober and not as a drunken mistake" he added.
I mentally "aawed" at his statement and then glared at him and signalled towards the outfit I was wearing at the moment, which was an oversized shirt.
"Oh! You spilt your guts out last night. You will get a new outfit given to you in say ten minutes" he shrugged and handed me a glass of water and some tablet claiming that 'it would help with the hangover' leaving me there to wonder if he peeked or not, if he saw anything or not and at that moment for the first time in my life I felt like a ten year old all over again whose crush had just smiled at her.
Smiling I thoughts I started to get off the bed not before I heard him say "You find me hot huh? Your Hawtiepie!" which only caused two things.
One, me to blush all over again. Two, to have the first thing that I caught hold of to be flung at him.

** This FF has been posted in 3 different forums wiw different couples. I will be eliminating each FF (from each forum) depending on the response I get until the list narrows down to one or two forums :)
And yeah I'll edit the thread and add a siggy and all those finishing touches if I get the response I need or if I wanna continue writing this FF ENJOY :)
