Happy Birthday Naksh!

Naksh becomes dejected on learning that Gayatri has left to visit her sick relative. Our sources from, 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' tells us that "Naksh is is very upset to know that Gayatri is away from home on his birthday. Though, Gayatri has promised Naksh on phone that she will return home by nightfall." A glum Naksh can't wait for her to be back home for his birthday. Our source goes onto add that, "On Naksh's birthday, the Maheshwari family has been planning a surprise for him." What will this surprise bring? Will this surprise be able to make Naksh happy?

On the other hand amidst all celebrations, Akshara shares with us that, "Naitik has done some movement" and leaves us to ponder over the rest. Has Naitik come back to his senses? Will Naitik be able to come out of his 'coma' after such a long time?
