To me this seems as a personal video of his younger days which is being shared. I had seen this before but it seemed "copied". If you look closely you will notice the FB search bar in the video; so whoever uploaded it recorded it off someone elses FB wall.


Also if you notice it is the recorder who is blacking out the screen perhaps to hide the others with whom BS is standing/singing.

Conclusion I had drawn
A personal video of some light heart moments uploaded to FB by someone close to BS prior to BS fame days; This video recorded from that old buddys FB page by someone who has access to their wall; blacking out all other than BS and spreading it on the internet... perhaps in an attempt to win acclaim for themselves.
