What does JLO mean?

So I've seen a lot of you referring to Ovi as JLO recently, what does it mean? I'm from the US and to me, JLO is a popular nickname for the singer/actress Jennifer Lopez, so I get confused everytime I see it, haha.

JLO is a nickname, lovingly given to Ovi, when she was supplying endless glasses of Juice to Arjun, which was supposed to show us how well she is doing her wifely duties taking care of him in the first few weeks of their marriage, pre-baby days..
