Geet woke up well a person can't really wake up if they haven't slept all night. The whole night the incident at the college kept replaying in her head, scene by scene. The audience, their laughter which still roared in her head, Sameera's words, Maan's face..everything. Those will forever stay with her as a memory of being childish and stupid. She sits on the bed looking out the window.
She knew what she had to do. Her father was right. She has to face the situation head on and complete this semester. She can't run away at the very end. Nope. Geet smiles hugging her father. At least, one thing came good out of this situation, hers and her father's relationship improved. She was glad that her father finally started to talk to her and helped her understand his situation.
He wasn't embarrassed of me at all. He just cared, in his own way. Why wasn't she able to see that before? why? ohh that's right because she was so wrapped up in her life. She sighs and wipes her tears as she makes her way toward at the bathroom. Geet, before going to sleep, had covered all the mirrors in the bathroom. She just couldn't bring to look at herself in the mirror. She wanted to forget everything for the moment and make the pain of loosing your only love go away.
Geet goes downstairs still trying hard to hide her emotions. She was feeling nervous just thinking about college but she was glad that she is not alone. She has her father and her best friend to support her no matter what. Today was a new day, at least she hoped. Meera was already having breakfast on the table while her dad slightly smiled at her as she quietly sat down. No one spoke. She was glad that no one spoke. She needed her energy to focus on college and to face everyone that humiliated her.
Meera felt bad for her friend and guilty for not being able to stop all of this madness. Although, she never experienced any love or loosing the person you love; the pain in her eyes were evident She will never be the same Geet again. This new Geet was quiet, sad and hurt. Meera hoped Geet would be able to forgive her for not being there and for telling her father everything. She had no choice. Meera can't give her the kind of support that she would need from her family especially from her father. Today, the air around the both of them seemed different. It was light and not tense as if bombs will explode any minute.
Geet and Meera quietly walks out of the house. She stops and looks at Meera. Geet takes out a notebooks, Meera recognized it immediately. She holds Meera's hand gently placing the notebooks on top of it.
"I want you to destroy them. I no longer need them in my life"
"Geet what are you saying? You lived for these and now you want me to throw them away?"
"Yes, if I keep them with me I know I won't stop myself from looking at them and remember the incident. I want to forget and this is the first step. Please. Destroy them."
"Geet..." (she sighs) "how..."
"Don't say no Meera. Its a request. I don't have enough guts to throw them away but I know you do. Please do me the only favor. Please"
"Okay. If that is what you want. I won't deny you." (Meera places the notebooks in her bag to be destroyed later.)

Maan quickly got ready and left his mansion. He didn't have time to eat his breakfast while many other things were running inside his head. He needed to get to college by the time Geet reaches there. He just hoped that she would reach there earlier so that he can speak with her. He needed to know the answers to his questions. He needed to know whether whatever everyone said was true. Does she loves him? If so, why? Why? or even better how?
He stops outside the college he saw Geet standing at the entrance looking at it with sad eyes. He felt bad for her but there was nothing he could do. He had his image and his name to protect. And why should he care right? He doesn't even know her properly besides from her name.
He parked his car and proceeded to walk towards her when Sammera comes his way. She comes forward to kiss him on his cheek.
"i have missed you so much" (Maan creates a distance between them with anger) "ohh come on don't tell me you still thinking about what I did?"
"It was wrong."
"She needed to be taught a lesson. She needed to know that she can't come between us and to stop dreaming."
"you could've talked to her in private what was the need to create a drama like this?"
"So that next time she remembers not to think beyond her limit. Anyway, forget her. Let's skip college and go somewhere private?" (She gives him a seductive look)
Maan pushes her and walks away while Sameera looks at him with anger.

Meera puts her hand on Geet's shoulder as she stood at the main gate with fear and hesitation. "Remember what I said Geet. You have to learn to be strong and fight. Don't look at anyone nor pay attention to what they say."
Geet looks at her nodding while proceeding to go in. Everyone stopped what they were doing looking and pointing at Geet while laughing. Geet kept her head down and kept walking straight to her class. A group of boys stopped in front of her blocking her passage.
"Can't believe you came back. Didn't think you have enough courage"
Geet tried to go around them but the boys continued to block her and Meera.
"Geet don't worry. Ignore them"
"what is going on here?"
All turned around and saw the principle. The boys quickly ran away from there while Geet still kept her head down with tears. As soon as the principle left Geet ran away leaving Meera alone. She knew that Geet wanted to have alone time. She needed to become stronger and overcome this.
Geet threw her books on the floor as she sat on the bench trying to wipe her tears away. This was hard, she knew, but she had to face it. She needs to be brave like her father said. She wipes her tears with her hands until she saw someone hand her a handkerchief. She takes the handkerchief looking at the person and to her dismay it was the last person she had hoped to see.

Maan had seen the group of boys teasing Geet while she just stood there listening to their words. He hated people who are always weak and pushovers. Having been grown up with a strong headed grandmother he picked up a thing or two from her. No one will take you seriously if you remain quiet. You have to make your own path. He looks at Geet and she was opposite of what he was taught.
He was glad that he principal came on time. He was about to make his way toward her when he saw her running away in tears. He sighs as he follows her to a nearby bench at the college.
He quietly sat next to her looking at her as she tried to wipe her tears away using her hands but new one kept forming. He took out his handkerchief handing to her quietly.
Geet got up as soon as she saw him. Last thing she needed was more drama if anyone saw him with her. She gathers her books from the floor trying to leave.
"Wait." (Maan calls. He couldn't let her go just yet. He needed to know the answers to his questions. He needed to know.) "woh uhh whatever happened"
Geet walks away without looking at him.
