Forced to Love? ~ Part 9

"Arnav there's a party in hotel Grande. The couple from the other cabin invited us. I told them we wouldn't go, but they still want us to attend."

"Just because we're supposed to be on honeymoon doesn't mean that I have time for parties. I'm using this time to work Khushi, and you know that."

"Listen, if you want me to attend that party with you the evening before we go back home, I suggest that you take me to this one tonight."

"Fine, get ready. If you're not ready in 30 minutes, we aren't going."

Khushi sighed. She opened her wardrobe and took out a dusky pink sari and went into the bathroom. Over the last few days, Khushi had seen a new side to Arnav. Ever since she had said that what they shared that night was all a mistake, he'd changed. He wouldn't sleep in bed with her, wouldn't look at her lovingly and he no longer tried anything on her. She could tell she had hurt his feelings, but she didn't like the fact that he wasn't paying attention to her any more.

They got ready and then left. They entered the hotel with Khushi holding Arnav's arm. When the host couple approached them and thanked them for joining, Arnav smiled kindly and replied that it was a pleasure to be joining them. They greeted the other couples around but after about being at the party for half an hour, Khushi was starting to feel restless. Everyone around them was dancing, and Arnav had asked for a dance but she herself had refused.

"It's an opportunity for you to touch me! Do you really think that I'm that stupid?"

"Khushi get a grip! I told you if you don't want to be in a proper relationship with me, I don't care any more."

Before Khushi could say anything, a tall, slim and beautiful girl approached Arnav.

"Hey handsome, would you like to dance? I've noticed your wife isn't in the mood."

"Yeah, sure why not."

Arnav got up and offered the girl his hand. She took it and he led her onto the dance floor. Khushi looked away. There was a bubble growing within her, but she pushed it away.

But then a man came up to her.

"Hi beautiful. You know it's not good for a beautiful woman like yourself to be sitting around on her own."

He sat down and Khushi smiled. He offered his hand and she shook it.

"I'm Sameer."
"I'm Khushi."

They spoke for a while and Khushi enjoyed his company.

"Do you want to get out of here? Maybe go to a club, have a drink or something."

"Yeah, sure, why not."

She grabbed her stuff and looked for Arnav. She couldn't see him. She picked up her phone and texted him.

"Gone out. You go back to the cabin, I'll be back in a bit."

Mistake? Oh god! I am on his side this time...

Thanks Ganga for the pm, love the update, Khushi is driving me nuts how can she do that Arnav. She is so weird I am wondering what she is up too and does not end up in trouble. How is Arnav going to react when he finds out she took off with another man. Khushi is too much, i bet you Arnav is going to be the one who is going to safe her. Really looking forward for the next update please update soon.
