Episode starts with Ahem moves on the floor and finally picks up a stick . Ahem stands up with the stick and hit aman who was on phone with someone. Aman fells on the ground and Ahem hits him badly and goes from there after few minutes aman stands and walks from there.At hospital Kokila is shown on bed , surrounded by all MM members , she is shown being sent to a room . Doctor says them to stay outside .Doctor gives an unconscious kokila and injection and tells nurse to check the readings and tell him if anything is serious.Doctor comes out and informs MM people that her blood level has raised which is not a good sign and he has given injection and medicine for now.
All MM people are shocked and they go into the room which kokila was there.Rashi who was outside of the room crying notice the kanaji idol .She complains to god that everything happens good with people who are good then why her sister who is best to which she sometimes even get angry and why kokila who may yell or give punishments but whatever she does is the good of others and whats the punishemnt for ahem and why for jigar who have never hurted others not to her even. Then why bad with all these good people . She tells that she is not Ahem who will support god always and if god give punishements to her loved ones she cant stand it.Ahem is shown running from the goons who was following him and he fells from the hilly area and he yells gopi.
Gopi who was in the bus with Jigar to starts shouting Ahem jii.Jigar tries to console her. At hospital doctor is checking kokila and he says that no benefit is showing from the medicine they gave and her health is getting worsen. Everyone is shocked after hearing it.Parag tells dhawal to call jigar.
Aman and 2 of his people looking to the place where Ahem fell . Aman tells them to go dowm and take the dead body.Just then Ahem runs from there and aman and his followers rushes down to follow ahem.Kokila is shown murmering gopi, ahem and jigar's name. MM people feels happy to see her.Scene shifts to the same area where ahem is running and goons are following him.Chrirag requests inspector to do something to save ahem. Dhawal tells parag that jigar is not picking up the phone.Ahem sees the bus where GoJi was and tells to himself that he has to get into it.Kokila suddenly wakes up and starts saying that her children are in danger and he has to go there.Hetal tells to go later and tries to console him. Everyone tries to console her.Doctor gives her injection.Ahem tries to get into the bus but falls and he yells Gopii , Gopi hears and starts shouting ahem ji where are you?.Jigar tells gopi to be calmAhem starts following the bus again and gopi gets her delivery pain.Jigar gives her water. And tells ask if there is a hospital and a woman says hospital is far away.Gopi says to stop the bus.Gopi and jigar and some woman gets out . Ahem gets into the bus. Gopi starts shouting Ahem and ahem gets out and sees Goji . Aman comes and hits ahem.Ahem tells jigar what ever happening is because of aman.The modi brothers get together and hit all the goons.Gopi is shown getting delivery pain.
The woman places cloth on the floor and gopi is on it. And she is unable to bear the pain.Ahem hits aman badly and says you would kill my brother/wife/daugher?Scene shifts to where gopi was some few young camels surround gopi and gopi tells they are sent by kanaji for her.The MM finishes of the goons and police comes there. Ahem hears gopi calling for him and jigar tells him to go and he would check it here.Ahem comes to gopi and hols her hand tightly.Gopi tells sorry and ahem tells he's fine.Ahem says her to shut up.Kokila is shown murmuring gohem and jigar.Doctor tells they have to give oxygen to her.Hetal says she cant give up and she has to wake up!
Precap: Ahem tells gopi that she cant give up and gopi gets unconscious . Ahem shouts at her and woman there are shocked by his behaviour.
