The bell vibrated loudly and Navya jumped up as it was 10 minutes before her examination. She stood up and grabbed all of her books and pens. Slotted half of them in her bag and carried the rest. Anant was walking in the same direction. They were both speeding to the exit when they bumped into each other. Navya's books went everywhere. She was not pleased. She quickly rummaged everything and Anant helped too. When they went for the same book their hands touched each other's. Navya moved her hand away and Anant was perplexed. She stood up and stormed out of the door. "Navya I'm sorry!!" he shouted and she halted. The voice which she admired spoke to her for the first time in months. She wanted to cherish that moment but she had to leave. She sped quietly down the stairs with gentle tears emerging at her eye lids. She ran into the classroom where everyone was seated. Appy and Shraddha looked at her and wondered why she was sad. She pulled a convincing smile. Anant too followed.

The teacher walked in and greeted the class. He handed out of the papers and the students prepared for the exam for a few minutes. Navya closed her eyes and prayed to God to support her and help her do well in this exam. Anant too closed his eyes and prayed to God to grant him success. They both opened their eyes and looked a little more relaxed. "The test will start... NOW!" there was a scruffle of paper and the 3 hour paper started. This exam was a mixture of long essay questions and multiple choice, this exam would determine the grade for the students as it carried most weight. The students including the gang were engaged with their exam.

The exam ended after two hours and the students were relieved that their semester exams were over. The students jumped up from their seats in excitement "Sit down! I am not finished!" shouted the teacher. The class sat down quietly. "Your results will come in 1 week and also... as you are all medical students there are some inspectors coming in offering scholarships to students who are exceptionally intelligent they will be going to the US to work in a hospital and go to University there! I will pass over the names of those students today and who ever will get a place should get a call tonight from the university to confirm! Understand?!" the teacher shouted. "Yes sir!" the class repeated together. Navya felt very happy as this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for her but it depends on how well she does and if the university feel she is capable. "Appy, Shraddha wouldn't it be awesome if we all go to the US together!" Navya hugged them tightly she was excited and was hoping she would get a place. "Yaar how can I? I dont think I have even passed this exam they won't take me... you will defo go! I know it, Navya you will reach the heights of success there! Were you are valued where you are needed!" Appy replied. Shraddha smiled at her. He looked around to see Sameer staring at her. When he saw her he looked away and smiled. Shraddha blushed. "Yeah Navya... you will get it!" she hugged her again and the excitement bubbled. Just then Navya saw Anant. Her eyes lowered and her smile faded. Her life was miserable without him. Appy nudged Shraddha as they observed Navya closely.

They slowly disappeared and Navya was just lost in her own world. They went to make a call to Ritz to move the plan to tonight. They came back and she was still in the same position. Appy and Shraddha stood in the same position and then her phone rang. It was her mum. "Navya beta tera exam kesa raha?!" Navya smiled. "Maa bohot acha... mujhe zara sa bhi mushkil nahin aaye!" Meeta was ecstatic and blessed Navya. She put the phone down and then it rang again. It was Ritz. "Hey Navya... kese ho?!" Ritz spoke. Navya smiled. "Ritz! I am fine how are you?! Just exams have finished!" Navya tried to smile but her eyes were on him. "Good good! Navya lets meet up tonight at the park we haven't been to that cafe nearby in ages... you are always busy with something! Today you have no excuse!" Ritz was forwarding her plan. Just then Anant's phone rang. Navya looked up to see he was walking away talking on the phone. "Okay what time?!" Navya replied after a short pause.

"8.30pm!" Ritz replied quickly. She agreed and put the phone down. The gang were meeting up tonight to decorate the park as it was Valentine's Day tomorrow. Anant greeted Ranbir. "Hey yaar what's up?!" Anant replied with a happy voice. "Yaar sab theek hai... exams bhi khatam ab toh baar ah na... chal hum woh park chalte hai aur woh paas me coffee shop hai na grounds me waha jaate hai!" Anant finally agreed after a great deal of persuasion. Ranbir contacted Ritz and they were happy that they agreed.

The day passed and the gang went to their respective houses. Anant and Navya went home happy and relieved but they were on each other's minds. Anant went in his room and soulfully played his guitar. He thought about apologising to Navya but he didnt know how. He didnt want to create any more problems between them. He wanted to be with her, he wanted to support her and be her friend but he didnt know what to say to her. He didnt know how to apologise. He sat there playing his guitar for a few hours. Navya was sitting in her room with a warm cup of tea at her window. She was listening to her favourite music on her I Pod and thinking about Anant. "How do I apologise to you Anant?!" this question rang in her mind whilst she was listening to her romantic playlist. Pain was filled in her heart because she wanted Anant to speak to her, to be her friend. She loved him but she didnt know what he felt about her. That was the problem. She had dinner and set off for the park meeting with her friends.

Ritz, Ranbir, Shraddha, Appy, Sameer and Harry were decorating the park with love hear balloons, decorations and a round table with red candles and a love hearts on the table. They were there for the past two hours and it was now finished. Navya and Anant were on their way respectively and were feeling a little better as they were spending time with their friends. But they didnt know that they were going to meet each other there. Anant was told to meet Ranbir at the gate of the cafe and park and Navya was asked to meet the girl's inside. Navya reached their first and she went inside to see that the cafe was fully decorated for Valentine's Day. She looked around to see no one there. She looked down at her phone. She rang Ritz but there was no answer. Actually the girls were hiding so that they could see Navya ringing. They all switched off their phones. Navya was worried why no one was actually there. Anant tried ringing Ranbir, Sameer and Harry but there was no answer. Navya was walking around the part for almost half an hour but no answer. Anant was getting restless. He decided to go inside the park. He did not see Navya she was walking backwards and so was he. They were walking slowly, slowly closer to each other just then their backs collided and they jumped. They both turned around to see each other; they looked into each other's eyes and felt the pain that was running through them. Navya slowly started to cry and Anant couldn't see her hurt. The gang were watching them closely. They wanted to talk to each other but they didnt know how and where to start. "Navya!" Anant spoke the silence broke. "Anant" they both said each other's name and they both got very emotional. Navya smiles at Anant and so does he. The gang come out of their hiding places. But Anant and Navya dont realise they are lost in each other. "Navya... I am sorry!" Anant apologised. Navya was shocked "Anant I am sorry too!" there were no more words they fell into each other's arms and hugged each other tightly. The gang became visible and then circled around Anant and Navya. Anant and Navya both closed their eyes and felt each other's heartbeat they didnt want to let go. Anant brushed his fingers through her hair to comfort her. The hug lasted a few minutes and then Navya's phone rang. She slowly unravelled herself out to see it was an unknown number.

Navya: Hello!"

Professor: Is this Navya Mishra speaking? I am from Mumbai Medical School.

Navya: Yes it is Navya Mishra is there any problem>

Professor: Navya I would like to congratulate you, you have been offered a place for the scholarship in the US!

Navya: Kya?! OMG this is amazing news!

She couldn't describe her happiness. She looked around to see everyone present and they wanted to know what happened. "Kya hua Navya?!" everyone asked. "Guys mujhe scholarship mil gaya!" she jumped up in the air and everyone was totally pleased for her. The girls hugged her and Anant too wanted to congratulate her. "Navya!" Anant said in front of everyone she looked at him. "Congratulations I am proud of you!" this bought a huge smile on her lips. She was expecting something else. "Navya, I want to apologise for my behaviour... its just whenever we were together as friends we always ended up in misunderstandings... I really respect you and want to be your friend... when I am around you my life is filled with happiness... you know when we argue it hurts me... I hate myself because I have hurt you... yaar I dont know what this Ehsaas is!" Navya was speechless. She genuinely didnt know what to say. Her heartbeat was rising and she just wanted to say those three words. "Anant... I..." she ran off into the cafe and sat on the table in tears. She was in confusion she didnt know what was happening to her. Anant followed after her.

Precap: Anant came before Navya and sat her down. He held her hand "Navya... I think... I"

Navya looks up shocked.
