I didn't watch NB1 and when I watched the 1st episode for the second season I realized that she was too harsh to Sweta K. Telling her she dances "manly"? She made her cry! She could've put it like "you should dance more gracefully" She is the harshest judge on NB like Simon is on American Idol.

i absolutely agree with WorldClassDiva. critisism helps to work harder and try for better...i know its a bit harsh but hey, if they don't face these difficulties now, they have to face them later on anyway. its better if they r critisised by the judges in the 1st 2 rounds coz then, they have scope 4 improvement and they can do much better in the cuming rounds which r gonna be tougher.

the differance is simon knows a celebrity contest has to be judged differently than the normal cos the other one is people trying to make their careers, with a higher prize money, so the best has to be chosen. but this is more for fun and she should treat it this way.

her criticisms are not scripted out unlike shweta's
