Starplus not GUL has the copyrights of IPKKND

By the way I am not a spoiler giver. It was simple logic. If we open youtube for certain videos of IPKKND it says that starIndia has blocked them on copyright grounds.
The VMs by forum members is blocked by StarIndia and starplus in USA.
IPKKND videos are viewed and posted in all the starplus official websites and not a single of 4 lions websites.
So if any one said that Gul refused to give the copyright, it is as Khushi said - aap sachchayi se milo dur hain, because evidently SP has the copyright

What did it say about Liar liar pents on fire. SP has said so many lies that they now can not keep up as it says the tangles of lies that we web.
So my conclusion is it is SP who is having problems with 4 lions, and so is trying to destroy them.
In any case why are we calling them then we should call 4 lions and ask them to bring SARUN together.

Sp stopped the show
SP said Barun wanted to Quit because of movies.
SP who blamed the fans
SP who did not even care of the 200 employees
SP who waited till the SPL was finished to say the show is ending.

I agree, but I think we are banging the wrong door to bring SARUN back

I too feel copyrights of IPK is with SP.But I think SP can't start IPK2 (if they want) with other PH without 4 Lions' consent...

Yar whether sp wants to start a show with sarun again??n t thing tat is eating my head up is tat "Is barun willing to do tv shows or wants to pursue in bw??someone give me a clear answer plzz 😕

So they should negotiate with 4 Lions and we needed the Gul touch too. Can you seriously watch SARUN doing togather an ekta kapoor show, or more the Diya and Baati show where apparently a girl who wants to be a police officer and protect others from criminals can not stand up for herself for studying against a few words of her mother in Law. That is not Nayi soch that is crappy soch

it is kind of true..Once a show ends the channel is the ONLY one who has ANY copyrights on it..
BUT while the show goes on, the channel doesn't have the rights to drag the show out of a producers hands I think.. I am pretty sure that in the history of TV no such instance has taken place in any hindi GEC...

So ya...the public rights, commercial rights of aired content is the channel's sole property..but 'to be aired' content is not owned by them only..the PH has power over it..

so it is not so straight forward and is actually quite a messy situation as there is no black and white. Everything is grey and thus the moment of the happy equilibrium breaks everything goes haywire..

Every matter is complicated but 1 matter i know at the eleventh hour all powers r in sp's hand but sp is totally sincereless abt this issue with viewers.
