I agree with you word to word. Even I feel that RK's first reaction when he first saw Madhu on that bridge was "Wow casting director has done a really good job of casting a beautiful girl as heroine this time" But later when Madhu clapped and called out his name then he realized that this girl is no heroine but someone else. Though RK mocked Madhu but he would have liked to cast Madhu in a movie opposite him, and would have tried to flirt with with her. RK was memerised by Madhu when she fell in his arms in her engagement party, though only for a split second but RK did admire MB's beauty in the bridal dress, that is why he taunted MB in his room saying "Tumhari jaise darzanoo gumti hai mere aage peeche". It was a double strike, he wanted to insult MB at the same time he wanted to reassure himself that he is not attracted to her, b'cos many beautiful girls like her are mad about RK. But he failed miserably. Had he not been attracted he would have allowed the director to insult Madhu, He would have not flirted with Madhu, occassionally by holding her by waist, feeding her coconut piece, holding her hand, cornerning her to the wall etc.

Awesum one. I ws confusd by his moodswings, sometym too romantic n sumtym angry young man. U cleard my confusion abt him being angry young man.

Observations are all smart. actually this is what : madhubala - ek ishk ek junoon.

he's in love with Madhu that;s for sure..he planned KC 2 for her, but he did not plan getting close to her..that was a natural reaction, his deep & hidden love for his biwi...till now , he cared for her, supported her, helped her in all her problems wrt Malik & his family and fell in love with Madhu's qualities...two, he's not blind , he cud feel tht Madhu is falling for him..whenever he was angry, woh bhi pyar hi tha..he was concerned for Madhu...when he hurts her, it hurts him also..he's taking his time to deal with the new found love..
