Mahabharata and Ramayana should be left to television. Ramanand Sagar's adaptation of these epics was simply mindblowing. Being a non-Hindu I was glued onto them and so were a lot of kids. So I don't think that should be adapted. Although I am totally rooting for a contemporary version of it!
