SP did shut down the show based on business logic. My guess was they were trying to sort out the matter with PHand BS for weeks and decision to shut down the show was sudden because they wouldn't have approved ASR death scene and Viraf coming in.. SP did know about this and were planning to continue the show and also were trying to sort the matter between PH abd BS so that BS night come back in future episodes before the show ending..

SPL was eye opener for SP, most of the ppl who came were Sarun fans(if I can say Barun fans). If I say in a crude way, they started seeing dollar signs, they had plans to take Sarun to Nort h America and god knnows how many other places.. so how will the fans react if they kill ASR and ruin Arshi story and expect them to buy tickets to see Sarun who people identified with Arshi..

I truly believe SP shut down the show for their future financial gain and would definetely bring them back if they plan to take them to North America nad other places..

You said right yaar, it was absolutely a business decision for SP to shut the show down, but they succeeded in giving the viewers an impression that it was because of their demand the show was shut down and put that disclaimer in their defense. Now barun and fans are being bashed. If they hear us and bring them back again, we can confirm that it is us the fans who decide things.

This has been a good discussion thread so far and thanks to all the people who commented. Many members have voiced their concerns about the career of these actors and fans also have the right to be concerned.

I personally feel it's natural for people to want their favourite actors/pairs back on screen and contact the channel for that and if it is done in a respectful manner, then I don't see a problem in it. Whether channels, PHs want to cast them, whether they want to work together, it's their prerogative.

Fans can always hope to see them in future and make their voices heard. Since SaRun are not the only jodi who people want to see again, and it hasn't caused most of the actors any problems, I don't think it will be damaging. As a fan, I always want the best for them and I will always respect their decisions.

Anyway, the purpose of this post was to discuss why it is normal for fans to want what they want now and why I think it's not being delusional.

Sorry if I haven't replied to you personally. Since, there are so many comments, it's difficult to give individual replies. I will try to give some individual replies tomorrow.
