Now for those of you who are weak-hearted "fans" who can't accept the fact that he's an anti-hero staying true to himself, leave.
But for those of you who actually appreciate the CVs keeping the character and his distinctive traits constant, HI THERE!
I absolutely loved RK today! The way he fumed at her and threw the food, his intentions were obviously not to hurt her but he can't go from Beast to Man in like 3 weeks and if they did show that then seriously this show would just fall into a list of every other love-hate show that failed to keep their "anti-hero" true to his character. He doesn't know how to properly convey his message, feelings, and emotions and usually his actions aren't that of a normal person. That's what makes him, him. And I absolutely LOVED him today!
It makes sense! And that's what I need in Indian entertainment: Sense! Because (rant time) a LOT of Indian movies (not mentioning specific names and actors but if you know me well enough you know what I'm talking about) make no sense. It's like they meet and in the next scene they confess their love for each other. Like the hell bro? And then they have the pointless fight sequences, vulgar item songs that have no contribution to the story line, and some cheesy dialogue out of like an effing Dr. Seuss book.
But here it makes sense! He can't go from one thing to another in such a short amount of time and quite honestly even when he does "change" aka fall in love I want most of his character traits to stay the same because they are what define the character and if you take them away you have created a new character.
Taking sarcasm out of RK is like taking Sidharth Malhotra away from Shweta. It would make no sense.
