im not able to access my user id which is "nature-beauty"

it gives me login erreor

even i gave my details for forgot password

its been a month but i didnt get any login info or password info

even today i requested for forgot password but no reply to my email

can any one pls help me

i dont want to loose my old id

as i am senior member for that

if i register for new i would be newbie again and i dont want that

plsss help me😭

how much time will it take to get my old account?

bcos im not able to participate in any discussions right now as i dnt have my old account right now
