No they both will be fine and as it said in the article, Prishna will find out it's Pinky's plan and they will be more careful for their baby.

there have been too many deaths on the show already so dnt think that they would kill of the baby but hoping for the best. and some ppl should watch the show before making stupid comments coz every1 knows that krishna is pregnant

Krishna wouldn't lie about being pregnant, infact both Prishna won't lie, they are not like Pinky who would do a cheap act like that.
