'Uff' she signed 'Anant! See no, even this is tight for me now' showing her kurta which Anant got her just last month all her dresses are not fitting her.

'Aww!' he said and went near her 'My moti pagli and cupped her face' with a teasing smile 'Try the other ones which I got'

She went to the cupboard and took out one red kurta and went inside the washroom.

Anant could hear Uff and Haa from outside as the door was not closed. He went near to the door and asked 'What happened Navya?'

'This kurta is not coming out. It's stuck'

'Oh' he said and gave a wicket smile and said 'Wait, I am coming inside'

'Are you drinking water?' the nurse asked to her checking her report to which Navya replied 'Yes'

'Please drink more till your turn comes' she instructed

'Ok' Navya said making faces. This is something she hates the most. Anant who was standing next to her took out a bottle from her handbag and gave it to her.

'I hate this' she said to which Anant giggled 'Can't they find out some other way?' and Anant took her to sit on the patients waiting place and sat next to her.

'Anant! Can it not happen that only once we have to come the hospital, first time after the pregnancy and then at the time of delivery? Medical science has gone up to so much of height. I so much hate to come to hospitals'

'Then how will we know if Anya is happy staying inside or not before she comes out? Now she can complaint to her papa if her mama is not eating properly' he asked with a smile to which Navya hits him on his hand.

'By the way it's Anav' she interrupted to which Anant reverted 'No Anya'

'Anya ho ya Anav. Kya farak padta hai. Bachhe to bhagwan ki den hote hai' one old lady from back said them. Anant looked at her and said 'Yes Aunty' with a grin and then looked at Navya.

Navya and Anant keep fighting for the gender of their child. Anant wants a cute and stupid daughter like Navya and Navya wants a goodlooking and smart boy like Anant. Who knows if it becomes other way round. Navya is anxious to see Anant and Dr. Shalini face to face though she feels she is not the one.

'Navya Bajpai!' the nurse called 'Please come'

They got up and suddenly Anant got a call.

'Navya! You go inside. I will come in a minute'

The room has 2 more nurses with the ultrasound space covered with curtains. The nurse instructed took her to one of the bed near to which the monitor is kept and asked her to lie down and keeps a white cover from below waist and exposes her bulgy tummy. The nurse was about to go out to get something then Navya called 'Excuse me! Dr. Shalini is coming right?'

'No! Actually she has got some delivery case in Women Care hospital. So will be coming in late'

'Oh' Navya said thinking today also her doubt will not be cleared'

'Navya! You are all right na' Anant came inside and asked and went near to her left side'

'Yes Jaan' and holds his hand.

'Good morning. How are you Navya!' an aged Dr with grey hair came in wearing her white coat asked. She is Dr. Rama Reddy, owner of the clinic and the head of Gynecologist department of Women Care hospital. Dr. Shalini is her assistant. Since she is main doctor and sees the patients only after Dr. Shalini notes down the details putting her name and this is the reason Anant also never saw Shalini's name in her file. Navya has met Shalini only twice and rest of the time she met her one other doctor called Dr.Jahanvi.

The doctor puts some gel on the equipment puts it on her tummy and moves it over it. Seeing the monitor she smiles and gives some measurement to the nurse to note it down. Anant keenly asked her 'How is the baby' then the doctor turned the monitor a little towards them 'Absolutely fine'

Poining towards the screen she says 'Your baby is around 27 cms long. Your baby can hear your conversations. If you talk, read, or sing to your baby, expect to hear you'

This enlightened Anant and Navya's face. The small one inside Navya's womb who is moving a little is giving ghoosepimples to Anant. He just wishes if he could also get in and hug his baby and cuddle. On the other side Navya is feeling happy to see her child but strongly wishes that remaining months passes fast fast and it comes out.

'See the footprints and fingerprints' she continued 'They are starting the form'

Though they are not able to make out much but because she is telling they are seeing some tiny spots. Anant could imagine his baby's small tiny cute fingers which he is longing on hold and kiss.

The scanning is over and she gave some instructions to Navya and gave her the report. Anant remembers and asked 'Doctor, I have one complain'

'Yes. Tell me'

'Last time when Navya came here, the doctor didn't write the scanning date on her reports. You can understand na that if she misses out any scanning what can happen?'

'Oh! I am really sorry' and looked at Navya and asked 'Which doctor did you meet last?'

'Dr. Jahanvi' Navya replied

'Can I meet her?' he asked

'Yes. You can. She will be in Room no. 4. Straight dead end is the room'

'Ok!' and took Navya and asked her to sit and went to the room. When he knocked the door, someone said 'Yes. Come in' and Anant went inside and stopped looking at someone.
