Hey guys,
So I have noticed that many have decided to leave the forum and many are fed up with the constant hate between the two fandoms, but can I say that the fault is all yours?
You guys are not willing to give the other a chance and you guys are so into proving how the other Fandom is at fault that no one is willing to look at the similarities.
I mean, you guys can't ask for one thing and hope for the bad things for the other fandom at the same time.
You guys cannot ask for the permission of freedom of speech if you want to criticize an actor and then blame the Mods after all the fans of that certain actor jump on you for saying your opinion. You guys cannot cry foul about that and say how horrible it is that I-F does not give you freedom of speech, how Mods don't give you freedom of speech when you yourself fail to recognize that this is exactly how you act when God forbid, a member of the other fandom criticizes your favourite. It is not okay for you guys, being fans of celeb A to criticize celeb B and then get angry and blame us as Mods that we aren't doing anything to solve the issue of freedom of I-F's speech when you yourselves come on in and jump on anyone who criticizes your favourite celeb A either.
Do you guys understand what I am asking?
No it is NOT okay for you guys to say that drooler posts should be allowed, fun posts should be allowed, picture posts should be allowed if it ONLY applies to your favourite and the moment a topic is opened with the same content about the opposite celebrity, it is against the forum rules.
Do not cry for equality in a forum when you yourselves aren't ready for it.
Does it really have to come to the point that everyone has to start choosing sides and not make comments about the other celeb? If it comes down to it, does there really need to be a rule that you can only be either a fan of RK/Vivian or DD/Madhubala? Does it?
I hope not. So please understand that we as Mods cannot do anything for you guys unless you yourselves figure out what you guys as Fans do! You cannot hope for restrictions to be made on one celeb's fandom and those same restrictions NOT apply to you guys yourselves.
All in all, learn to tolerate each other, your choices and if possible think of how to change your thoughts on the word 'opinion and criticism'.
I should have made this post long ago but I kept hoping that I would not have to be this harsh and point out the flaws but unfortunately, it is high time that everyone knows that it is not our fault that things are going well in this forum, it is your fault too.
