how come some portraits can talk and others cant, like the ones in hogwarts and sirius' house can talk but the photos that harry has been shown and the ones in newspapers cant talk. if they could then harry could talk to pictures of his parents and sirius, like he can talk to that phineas guy, who was related to sirius and they can talk to the fat lady.
anyone know why?
p.s, i heard from some1 at school that either rupert or dan got beaten up by some1, i dont know if its true, i dont think it is but if anyone knows can u let me know
