Love has no boudaries first of all. May be RK has thrown managlsutra on Madhu's neck and took four fheras but all concern and declaration RK did that Madhu is her wife had changed Madhu's perception now. She consider this marriage to be full least bothering about world. Now thats a passion and isha both somewhere. She kept her words to fast beside all problems she is facing. We all know it must be painfull that you are fasting when you are not feeling well. You cannot even take a drop of water.
She has full trust on her relation and care of her husband RK. She has trust that RK will come and break her fast with all rituals.
On other hand RK when first saw a mehndi in Madhu's hand was little effected from heart. At first place he is surprise that someone doing and actually doing this for him. That took him a step behind and the only reaction came burst into anger. From so many years he have seen Radhaji keeping fast for his father suddenly started for someone else whom he not accepted as father. Than suddenly Dips who keeps fast for Sikki to whom she even not respect in daily life. Now this all lead him to not trust in this because he never thought that someone can be so true to keep fast for him with full justice. Second he somewhere scare that Madhu is attracting towards him the person who consider her husband is not even proper husband by rituals. He do care even now but got scared and one shock reaction which come out in anger.
He do trust Madhu but scare to loose her. So he keeps a distance.
