Stupid reply I got from Star plus

Dear Star Plus members, I am not a regular writer or intruder for such types of discussions which do not add to the betterment of the society at large or in particular. But here I am forced to write as after a long hectic day this channel through IPKKND gave a certain relaxation and entertainment and for a while everything else was forgotten. I am a developmental Economics person who very well know the importance of social message via your channel but is that the only thing a viewer requires after a tiresome day? Why can't we for once demand/request you guys to show what we want to? I used to fight with my husband and never allowed him to watch NDTV at hour. This is a democratic country so we the viewers have some choice/demand or not. I understand that Barun Sobti had to undergo a lot of physical and mental pressure to keep us viewers happy so he does require a short break, why dont you guys give him one. Is it so difficult or is it your ego that is coming in between to retain your original star by listening to the viewers? Please do not ruin your image in front of the international viewers. Please show to the viewers out there that you give what they want rather than enforcing yourself. If Sobti is at fault by leaving why did others leave? No the PH is at fault which is not able to retain its lovely and talented casts. Why cant the writer give a script which lessons the burden on the main star, why are buaji, payal, Akash etc not involved in the story, why aren't small stories built around the side characters? I have lived in UK and was very fond of EastEnders, Bad girls, Merseyside to name a few, the best thing about these serials was that they utilised all their characters maybe just to lesson the burden on few. Why cant you utilize all the characters of IPKKND to lesson the burden of Sobti and Irani so they are not tired or worn out. Is it that difficult? This was not a fairy tale of two people meeting and living happily ever after, if that was so it should have been shown that way from the very beginning why all of a sudden these decisions are being imposed on the viewers. I do not want to be harsh but request you guys this serial has a long way to go let it complete its term by showing good storyline with all the original cast and end it with them, even in bollywood movies if the hero dies the film ends. Serials are a part of everyday life, a topic of discussion with friends and relatives please let it survive it is solely in your hands, its your channel, ph hired by you, cast hired by you and you can do the best for the national and international viewers, I have full faith on you, please do not suppress our demand let the enthusiasm remain for us to get attached again to any other serial of yours. I end it on a good note and hope that all the viewers will get to see what we want. Thanks A viewer
