I am new here and this is my opinion. Let me know what you guys think.

25 years ago...Rashid and Dilshaad are married with Asad as their son. Shireen falls in love with Rashid and Rashid has an external married affair with her. Through that affair are born Ayan and Nikhat. The affair is kept a secret from Dilshaad for a while, but she finds out about Ayan and Nikhat. To give Ayan and Nikhat a father's name, Dilshaad bring Shireen, Nikhat, and Ayan to her home.

After about a year or two, Shireen's Bother has another girl, Humaira and finds out he can't have any more children (especially a boy). Since Shireen already has a boy, he plans to make Ayan his heir, but he wants to raise the boy to his image. He can't just take the boy from Rashid and Shireen.

While in Rashid's house, Dilshaad has given birth to Najma as well. With the # of people, Rashid is not able to afford all their expense. The whole family is suffering and they can't find a way out.

In walk Shireen's brother with the promise of wealth and comfort. His first condition that Rashid divorce Dilshaad and he marries Shireen. Second condition, Rashid and Shireen, with their children, come live with him. Since he only wants Ayan not Asad, his third condition is that Rashid never see Dilshaad or her children again.

Rashid hesitates but his mother forces to make the decision. Since Shireen is pregnant again (with Nusat), he accepts the conditions.

For 17 years, Rashid, Shireen, and their children live in comfort. Dilshaad and Asad work hard to make ends meet and to raise Najma.

Now the Show starts, 17 years later...

This is a very good prologue. It works with the show. One thing I'm confused about is what happened 17 years ago. I mean, Ayaan can't be that young can he? He had to have been born before Dilshad and Rashid split up. So yeah, I like your theory. Only thing is, if Rashid does turn out to be a cheater, I'll have a harder time getting into his and Dilshad's story. I already have hard enough a time lol. I cringe a little whenever I'm reminded of what he did. Shalini (Dilshad) is so wonderful though, that she always drags me in. The guy who plays Rashid is also quite fantastic.
They have great chemistry.

😆 i dont think so.. after reading many posts and articals about the show what i understand is, firstly shireen has no brother. the one who lives with them is a distant cousine who depends on rashid/shreen's family. second thing... rashid's mother never forced him for the second marriage. it was totally his(rashid's) decision to divorce dilshaad and marry shireen. my thought about the marriage is somehow shireen was in love with rashid and wanted to marry. she was from wealthy family and rashid was offered all the wealth if he divorce and re marries shireen. Rashid chooses money over his first wife (who is his love) and children. after the divorce, dilshaad worked hard for children upbringing..

i don't think Rashid and Dilshaad are even divorced. It doesn't seem like it the way they talked about their anniversary and only mentioned him leaving her. 😕
