Ph -- have x,y,z reasons and they are the Bosses who have the last call on Creative decisions --- so they are not wrong

Barun -- has selfish motives to "look for Bollywood opportunities" as quoted by Channel and so is wrong to jeopardise the IPK dream boat

Channel -- they are the altruistic "business house" so should not be bothered

Question -- why suddenly this forum has a "bunch" of newbies and groupbies giving their "golden" opinions and verbatum "delusional" hand-outs...

Understood its an open Forum and will alwaus have a healthy group of opinionated people with different view points -- I have close friends who have steered clear of the whole stuff and are no longer part of the Forum or completely disagree to many of the either side of POVs...

But here the major point is - suddenly a group of "Opionated" people -- where were you all when the show was running all smoothly before the fiasco -- why suddenly you have opionions on the Forum's "delusion" ???

Grabbing Headlines or Grabbing the collars of the "selfish audience" who are trying their best to salvage whatever they can --- of the 1.5 yrs years they have spent on the show and are attached or this Forum where they are trying to be "resilient and find ways to work it out in whatever small way they can" !!!!

No one has the right to belittle the "bunch of people" as being delusional and drive the point -- and if anyone is delusioned then we very well know who they are -- if an actor has served 1.5 months to build his career with this project - 1 extra month to wait till the show closure would not have ended his "bollywood opportunities" -- there are lots of other better ways to be Selfish for an actor --- and wish Mr Sobti would have done lot earlier like the other Telly actors -- neither I am defending him, PH or Channel here !!!

Only the point -- if you suddenly join the forum - become a newbie and groupbie -- and have the so-called delusional opinions for the "bunch of people' here --- we certainly know who you are !!!

PS Mods you may close the post if it is not agreeable, thanks !!!

PS1 Anyone is free to agree/disagree, thanks but I would rather NOT want the friends spending their "hard-earned bucks" for watever cause they believe in - be called delusioned !!!

If there has been an uproar, there has to be a solid reason behind it -- else the matter would have got closed the moment it was announced "Barun Sobti takes a break/leaves/quits " !!!

We r Being accused of following-
We r delusional- Ok
We r among the ''Bunch Of People''- Ok
We r trying too much to bring Barun back but - Ok
We r living in a LaLa land-Ok
MATAJI IS A PUREST INSAN- Ok
PH has nothing to do withBarun leaving -that too Ok
SP is sooo PROFESSIONAL - Ok
We R degrading Mataji's Image(if she has any!!)- Fine
we r immature- Really

They r telling us we dnt respect others opinion- Then what r they doing calling us ''Delusional, living in denial, Bunch of delusionist''???? pls dnt make such post that will break us, try to respect our effort,Pls

& why r there sudden outbrust of 'Newbies or Groupbies'' posts telling us to Support Mataji??

THANK YOU. You just wrote everything what was on my mind! Honestly I was thinking the same. Suddenly out of no where SO MANY newbies are out here, telling their ''opinions'' Sure, that's cool, but where were they before? And honestly people who are saying, 'its Barun's decision to quit for Bollywood'' are more blinder than a bat during the day. But it's cool they can have their own opinion.

The fans that actually don't want this love story tainted, just keep calling.

Bingo!! The million dollar question is of course who is delusional and who wants to delusion their audience into believing the delusion they have so carefully constructed.

But the audience here, like the much touted voters of India, are proving to be not just resilient as you rightly say but also smart and patient and persevering.

That very resilience speaks volumes. Even after seeing and hearing the lead actors mouth EXACTLY opposite of what the audience are so desperately fighting for, the audience is STILL WILLING to call, spam and do everything they can to save their show, save the characters, save their 'baby'.

This is an astonishing testimony to the goodwill generated by Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani, whom the audience have observed a lot offscreen in the past 1.5 years. Especially, Barun, since he is in focus now. It is his disarming honesty and 'naturalness' that people have seen and still believe in, despite the interview disaster... doesn't that say a lot? How many people will have this kind of support after you yourself have made statements opposite to your own cause? Pause and think people!

In the real world, say you are wronged by your boss and you have a few colleagues supporting you.. you tell them no, no my boss is wonderful, leave us alone.. will they continue to support you?

Transpose this to Barun's situation. He has said exactly the above and yet the people who are standing by him are supporting him, fighting for him. This does not happen 'just like that'.

This very fact should be inspirational enough to fight for what is right.

I have been watching all these posts for last few days and have dropped by my views, as politely as possible in some of the threads. No one .. I repeat .. No one replied to me when I asked why do they have problem with others' opinions. We are fighting our own fight & we are not forcing anyone to join us. Really .. where were they all this time? They claim they are opening their mouth now because it is turbulent time .. so where were they during the other turbulent times ..when TRP was falling, when Barun took leave, when tracks were shitty ..

It is funny when they have chosen to believe some selected news as well .. so what is wrong with us believing some selected news too?

A newbie by status claims he/she joined IF only for IPK .. guess what, he/she joined in Jan 2010. Rest is for you to infer.

PS: I have a question to the Mods. I hope someone will answer, if anyone is reading. When someone is calling "a bunch of people" delusional .. is it not bashing? I feel it is "mass" bashing & I feel humiliated when I know I am being called a delusionist for my beliefs & opinions. Everyone has a right to his/her opinion ..but that does not include belittling others'.

I actually wonder how suddenly out of no where we have people coming here, calling us *delusional* and then getting gayab! Wow! As if they are *sent* here to just do this!!

But it feels awesome that we *insignificant bunch of people* are proving to be such a big threat to *some one* that agents and spies are sent here to change our stand! And they actually think they can achieve that!! And then we are called delusional! 😆

Yahan pe bhi script ki proof-reading nahi ki! 🤣

I always read ur crooners (silently) bcos they brought great positivity to my understanding of the show. right now am following your new thread... brings me hope :-)

I so agree with you - this post is needed ... and that is precisely my question, where were they in the last 1.5 years...and why bother posting stuff abt us fans being delusional or in denial?

If they do not agree, they should not go about discouraging the efforts of whoever is sincerely trying to save this show. and by doing that, they bring themselves under the scanner, for sure.

I only pray that the truth of the matter comes out and the innocent are absolved of blame. and yes, those responsible for this mess, should not be allowed to repeat it. EVER!
