@Renu:🤗 I too haven't listened to Barun's radio interview, though watched his conversation with Gul and of course Sanaya's sabras interview twice...do try and listen to that if you can. She really comes across as very genuine and dil se.

See, the funda is quite simple for me...as long as the show has Khushi and the idea of Arnav in it...I will be around. Now if they go the Balaji route *shudders* and show generations upon generations, with characters reaching impossible ages and setting new records of marriages and remarriages, then I'll be gone in a heartbeat. 😃

@Pallavi: Totally with you in all that you have said. PH are pathetic in their attempts to interact with the fans...whether it be on IF through proxies, or FB or Forum32. Ridiculous. They are at least partially responsible for the bind that they find themselves in. Thank you for a fab take!!! 👏

Visi 😊 Hi again.. reading through some of the responses.. really good ones.. all of them ⭐️

Agreed the call to shut down the show is extreme. I have already chosen to skip this show and this experience has made me quite wary (read ..steer clear) of any future show put forth by this PH.

Even though creative fields are not dictated by same guidelines as rest, even though the story and/or character sketches are bigger than actors...this PH has been quite arrogant in assuming that they do not owe any explanations and they are indulging in silly mind games.

Without the viewers/fans, there would be no awards ...no recognition. They were quick to lap the positives, but their reactions to any negative feedback ..is immature and unprofessional.

If PH wants their organization unit to be considered as one with professional and personal integrity, then they need to acknowledge the mess and take some remediation steps ASAP.

If they don't give a darn... more power to them and their future shows.

@bold...side note.. did we ever find out what got IPKKND's goat ? Laxmi ji was the first one to call it quits no ? 😃

I am still waiting on official note on why the family pet disappeared 😭

😆..trust you to bring in the laughs, Divi...🤗...even though my current condition mirrors your DP 😆 Love you!! You are completely correct in your estimation of the PH...they are guilty of arrogance, and gross misjudgement about fans' mood, at the very least.

I am sure that Priya (my sui-girl) will return as soon as Shashi Babua is given some lines on the show. 😆

After Khushi, Laxmiji was my favorite character. Khushi ke character ka toh ho gaya satyanaash.. acchha hi hua ..Laxmi ji chali gayin...yeh sab satyanaash dekhne se pehle.

Hopefully, Laxmi ji is minding her own business in some happier grounds !!. and glad to be well rid of the silly tamashas 😃

Visi, Diwali is one of my fave times of the year --- not for religious reasons but for cultural and social ones. Our group of desi friends has a big diwali party every year. We take turns to host it in our homes. We had this year's last Sunday. It was a fabulous evening - great food, fireworks, desi music, dancing, rangoli, diyas everywhere, cute little kids in desi outfits haring around. Just a lot of masti, mazaak...

Too bad IF is plunged in darkness at a time when it ought to be bright and beautiful. Hopefully we can say alvida to the show with happy memories and give thanks for the good times!

Btw: Saw Lincoln too - loved it!

I miss des too at Diwali time... so I spend a lot of time on skype during Diwali week! 😛 . I love thanksgiving too - the idea is beautiful, to gather together the ones you love and say thank you. It's ironic that for us the show ends during thanksgiving week. No matter the current mess, we ought to be able to gather and say thanks for some fabulous times.

Thanks for this lovely post. I was disheartened to see people continuously bash Sarun. My love for them has not wavered regardless of the interviews. I've been a fan of Sanaya since 2009 and I know that my girl is brave and tough. She will always give her best effort and she will never deliberately hurt someone. I do not find faults in her "bunch of people" reference. I myself have called people Mr. Thingy or Mrs. Thingy if I momentarily forget their names. People will show me fake anger but they would not really mind.
