issue with custody case

So we all know Kunal will be filing for custody case and whatnot.

i hope so...but then i want him to fight custody knowing siddhi's sacrifice or smell a foul play...he pretends to file a case on siddhi for his son...bring out his son and then save his wife...it will be a good move...not becos of revenge crap...as he is roaring at the wrong person...in the end he will be a sore looser...when he should roar at the right person...he meows...richa especially...now he is roaring at siddhi...well its good that he brings AC 2 out of the jail...and i am sure siddhi will indirectly help him...

the first thing that came to my mind when I read Kunal is filling a case for his son's custody is that he believes what Sidhi told him about what happened 9 years back is true which is positive trait 👏👏👏and even the pre-cap suggest that ..then again it might be something to do with the fact that Seema has met AD.. so she might be the one behind it ..and not Sidhi's telling him the truth ..

the only scene i saw and liked in entire last week's episode is Sidhi bringing Kunal home.. i mean after all that wedding drama...it is only sidhi who could bring Kunal home, not his family , not his son .. she over powers him even now ..
also i feel sidhi behaving rude with AC might be to instigate Kunal indirectly to fight for his son custody .. as she always wanted Ad to be with his family and kunal other wise there is no point and no reason for her rude behavior towards AC..
coming to your post even i feel kunal fighting for his son's custody is a good move . first and fore most .we will hopefully get to see Kunal in black coat ..though hope not against Sidhi ..
we will get back our no nonsense attitude wala Kunal ..who doesn't care for anything ..who only knows the language of right and wrong ..👏👏
and since he has finally kicked Sidhi out of his life ..so he might think and see beyond sidhi and hence his brain might start working and he may figure out other more important things like

this custody case will bring out many truth of 9 years past and 9 years later...but then during this process...siddhi will be emotionally shattered as a mother and wife becos she will be insulted by non other than KC...he might even prove her as bad mother and immoral women who can leave anyone for money...who can sell herself for money...

more than custody fight...we might witness SiNal personal fight in the court...

And more torture is Siddhi will be further blackmailed to fight case against Kunal and to present arguments/proofs to show Kunal as irresponsible father...
