What is the significance of 15th November readers?

I'll give you a hint... Chad Kroeger, the Canadian singer from Nickelback was born on this day, as was the Indian Tennis player Sania Mirza. But Wikipedia failed to mention that another Superstar was born this day...

She's the Sexy Senorita, the Cheeky Chameli, but above everything else she's a wonderful human being and an amazing friend...
