What I value most in a relationship, even before love, is trust.. Without trust, no relationship can survive... RK and Madhu's trust in each other is the strength of their relationship.. In the most important things the two trust each other even.. There is no reason, no logic.. But they do..

Its as if they have made a secret pact that no matter how much we love each-other or hate each-other , its you and me till the end. I married you and I am always going to stand by you and with you.

RK and Madhubala show you in their current status that how a husband-wife bond should be. Protect each-other and stand up for each-other while love slowly filters in.

I like the RK I see with Madhubala - content , protected and child-like. Perhaps Madhubala is the family he always needed. Perhaps RK is the fort wall that she always needed to her innocence.

I agree that it is this strange bond and commitment b/w them that makes this an interesting watch...

Today was a big turning point in their relationship in the way Madhu NEEDED him to believe her, have faith in him...and pat came his reply that ofcourse he COMPLETELY trusts her...neither of them even paused for a second to wonder how INSTANTLY that trust was there...they've come so far...and it's been so natural that the trust has evolved to this level. What RK said to Madhu today was a landmark in their relationship...the fact that he fully trusts her, no questions asked...this is what has moved Madhu so much and stabilized her after a harrowing day of discovering the truth about Maalik.

What's also interesting that RK still hasn't told her that he knew the truth about Maalik attacking him...they haven't discussed these things in detail...but he fully understands what she needs in this moment to stabilize her when her world otherwise feels shattered...in the immediate, it's all about giving her that faith.


I also liked how the hug played out today...very naturally put in and RK's subsequent reactions without making it sappy...they shared a moment, they went with the flow as if it was as natural as breathing and it was only after a pause that the awkwardness crept in ever so slightly and even that RK dealt with in his trademark humor...lol
