How can the AVP take any action ?

In the Rose Day dance, although the students broke the rule of "NO DANCING" but still an action cannot be taken cause the VP was himself involved in the dance... When the college authorities are themselves involved then how can they term the students wrong ??

Moreover, I thought VP has more powers and the AVP has to follow the rules set by the VP but here it looks just the opposite ... Looks like VP has some CRUSH on Khushboo Ma'am so agrees to all her words...😆

patha nai kya ho raha hai ye sab kuch...doesnt make any sense...aisa kahin hotha hai...VP surely might be having a crush on AVP😆...its Dance ban and m nt finding authorities or even students at faults...but someone shud be at fault...
