Hi.. I know it has nothing to do with fear factor, but i was wondering if someone could tell me how i can change my avatar?? I would like to have a photo of me in my avatar... but i cant do it..

please help me... anyone...?

first u upload ur pic by www.imageshack.us or tinypic.com
then u go to settings at the the top of I-F, and then to edit profile and then u post ur link by select avatar
