People leave when they are not happy with their work anymore, and the way the show is going even the actors are quite aware the show has run its course (or rather the creative staff), the PH should have done something to salvage IPK, but instead concentrated on starting other shows, it is obvious they dont care now if IPK is off the air as they have other shows running so they are safe. Barun, Akshay, Deepali are all very promising actors and should go after all it is a question of their future, not PH's or their fans.
