Sure it is fake with a handler like " I Samir Soni For you".

I can imagine Sameer hand placed just above his heart and mouthing "I 4 u." Dont know why got just reminded on the SINAL scene, where they parted at the trains station happily and KC was doing things or rather gestures, which I would not have imagined him doing, before giving a chase to Siddhi around the trees and almost shaking the branches so hard that the tree was almost bald without any leaves.
