Hi guys! I'm back with another OS 😊 Since all of us are pretty depressed after the recent events , I thought of cheering you all up 😳 So I present to you all, this OS, Hope you like reading it 😊❤️
OS-You're the First, The Last, My Everything
It was a very busy day for Khushi. Anjali had organised a Puja for the well being of all present in the house and Khushi, being Khushi wanted to have her hand in everything and hence was swamped in work. Being a Sunday, Arnav had the day off so he wanted to spend some quality time with his adorable Sanki wife, but to his luck, she was so busy that he could only get a nod or one or two of those beautiful smiles from her. Twice he had tried to sneak into the kitchen, to be a moral support (as he had explained to a giggling Nani and Di) but he knew that he wanted an excuse to be with her and it was certainly not only for moral support !
Khushi was oblivious to what was going on in her husband's mind since she wanted everything to be perfect that day and hence she was completely lost in her work. Arnav who was sitting in the hall then, half heartedly listening to one of NK's descriptions of his perfect girl and how he was yet to meet her, started missing his perfect girl, Khushi, again and he went off to the kitchen on the pretext of drinking water and was about to go inside, when, riveted by her beauty, he stopped in his tracks and stood at the entrance, looking at his beautiful wife, clad in a simple baby pink sari, and he was so lost in her that he did not even register Sheetal who had come by to ask him something unimportant (😛) and after a full 10 minutes, with just no response from him, she left in a huff !
It was late evening by the time the Puja got over and some guests who he wasn't too fond of especially this particular aunty who was even more of a chatterbox than his Khushi kept talking to her about some recipe and he glared at her retreating back as she finally left!
Arnav decided that he could take no more and marched up to Khushi who was chatting with Di about yet another Puja ("Dammit", he thought to himself),and dragged her away, much to Anjali's amusement and instructed her to get ready to go out, as he had planned something for her. Khushi was pleasantly surprised and immediately went to get ready.
She wore a midnight blue Anarkali with silver sequins glittering on it and even with no makeup on; she looked like a fairy or some angel to Arnav as she descended down the stairs.
They started driving and all along the way, Khushi kept pestering him trying to find out about this big surprise, but he kept answering vaguely, much to her annoyance and she could not get anything concrete out of him. Suddenly, they stopped and Arnav quickly blindfolded Khushi and he took her hand and they started walking.
After about 5 minutes, he took off the blindfold and asked her to open her eyes and Khushi was spell bounded on what she saw. She was standing amidst thousands of roses in all colours, red, pink, yellow, orange and she walked through them, speechless for the first time, as if in she was in a trance and she wondered if all this was just a dream! All of a sudden, she reached a shed like place which had on the entrance, 'Welcome My dear Khushi' and when she stepped inside, she was stunned to see the entire room lit by candles and as she looked closely at them, she realised that they formed the words " I LOVE YOU". She was touched and she turned back and looked at the man who had done all this for her, went through all this trouble just for her, for whom no one else mattered more and she ran to him and threw her arms around him and they stood there, lost in each other, savouring the moment.
Then Arnav gently took her hand and led her to the dining table which he had specially arranged for them and Khushi to her immense surprise saw that the table was laden with all her favourite food, Golgappes, Jalebis, Pani Puri, everything which she loved.
After dinner, Khushi went to Arnav and kissed him, her eyes conveying all that she wanted to say to him. As they rode back home, both of them had the same thought running in their minds, that how lucky and blessed they were to have each other in their lives and thus yet another Glorious Sunday went by.

EDIT-
NOTE-
Guys you may be wondering why I included Sheetal in this OS which isnt necessary.I did it because I wanted to stress on the fact that for Arnav,Khushi is everything and he doesnt give two hoots about anyone else ! I wanted to highlight the fact that for Arnav,Khushi was whom mattered the most and no one,I repeat,No one could take Khushi's place, ever ! 😳
