They have shown him all riled up when he had seen Khushi with DNA report. But now in precap he was so cool with shit. Now how can that be possible if aarav was not his son really. Again Arnav was shown as khadoos, grumpy and ruthless person so how come he has so many hidden talents all of a sudden?
