😆😆😆 gotcha, didn't i? April's fool on the 3rd of November..

well actually, i was wondering about Paridhi's arrest since it was Vidhi that the police came for. Shouldn't they have gone and written another warrant of arrest with Paridhi's name on it and come back to take her? And they didn't even read her the Miranda rights, though it doesn't guarantee being totally absolved of the murder charge, it's like Paridhi's admission of the murder is technically unacceptable because she was denied of the basics in an arrest.. If Pankaj was a crooked and sly lawyer maybe he will use this😃😃😃..

Again, i'm not really sure how it works and importantly in a certain location but would love to hear from other forum members regarding this part of legality. Since we already had a discussion on the bone marrow case, i thought we can settle on the criminal rap this time.
So come on forum members, let's have one more round of not remaining silent...😉..

Hey actually...you are right 😲

How could they believe her when she accepted that she committed the crime...and if they did in her case, they should have also believed Prateik when he said the same

I don't know much of the CRPC/IPC but it is prima-facie sooo wrong to arrest one person on someone else's warrant

Technically they shouldn't have arrested her so easily...taht too without a proper authorisation

Hey can I ask something: Pankaj is a lawyer - do we know this before this incident??Cause I though they run a wedding planner business and the three brothers are part of this <Prateek probably to a lesser extent than the otrher brothers> . I did not watch PV from the start and always had the impression all three of them were in the business together...

I guess he graduated in law...he may not be a practising lawyer

i know it's a serial and we'd like a faster pace but i can't help thinking that the arrest went too quickly for Pari w/o a little flavor😉

i don't remember Pankaj being said as a lawyer in the earlier episodes only that he helps Yash settle with clients so he must be on the legal side while Yash is on the creative matters😃

Police are so much hurry in arresting the culprit.😆.So they didn't mind vidhi or paridhi name in warrant🤣

@ Frozen007 - Thanks! If he is not a practising lawyer - then how can he defend Paridhi's case? Anyway, is he gonna to? I am so damn confused when suddenly Pankaj is a lawyer!

Anyway, I am quite excited for Paridhi's case - I wanna see how they will proceed with this track (i) Did Paridhi really kill that guy? (ii) Will Paridhi go to jail if she did kill tt guy??? (iii) How will Prateek and Paridhi marriage be like if we found out that she is not guilty/if she is guilty??? (iv) Does Paridhi still wanna work if she is not found guilty???? (v) WIll Papa S allow Paridhi to work if she is not guilty???

I WAS LAUGHING AT HIS DECLARATION TOO...I mean this was planned to fit this situation in the story
