part 19:

After some time all of them got ready and went to restaurant. Muskaan and meer are very happy to be with geet. She is enjoying with her mama, geet is feeding muskaan and she is eating silently. Maan adored their cute relation and smiled. Both are like kids but one is a grown up kid thought maan and smiled at himself.

After enjoying they all went back to KM in London. Geet too brought her luggage back in KM. Meer is tired so she directly went to her room and yash accompanied her. Here geet took sleeping muskaan to their room and maan followed her. Geet placed muskaan on the bed and she went to washroom for changing. Maan directly went to bed and beside muskaan kissing her forehead.

When geet came out after changing, she saw maan sleeping on his suit. She looked at him weirdly. Geet walked to maan's side and tapped on his shoulder. But maan didn't open his eyes. Geet frowned and called him "Maan". hearing his name from geet he slightly opened his eyes and looked at geet. "What geet?" asked maan lazily. "Maan go and change your clothes" told geet. "Arey yaar, leave it. i am sleeping" told maan and closed his eyes again. "Maan change na, I.. I don't like wearing these clothes and sleeping" told geet. "Exactly, its me who is wearing now you" told maan and chuckled.

Geet made a grumpy face, went to her side and lied down on the bed. "He don't understand, anyone will wear the office dress and sleep. No na then. Baby your papa is very bad. You don't sleep with him" murmured geet and hugged her daughter tight and closed her eyes. Maan is looking at her with wide eyes and gulped. "Babaji, what she is doing? How cum she became sherni. Meri raksha karna" thought maan and went to washroom like a good boy and changed.

When maan went to washroom, geet opened her eyes and smiled. When again she heard the door open she closed her eyes. But smile didn't leave from her lips. Maan looked at geet and her smile. "So madam is just acting" thought maan. He went towards geet and without disturbing muskaan's sleep, he took geet in his arms. Geet opened her eyes and looked at maan with shock.

He saw tears in her eyes. Maan wiped her tears and lifted her chin. "What happened geet?" asked maan. Geet nodded in a no.

"Geet, tell me what happened? You were happy just now and why these tears?" asked maan. Geet came out of maan's grip and walked ahead. Maan is facing her back now. "I don't know but I am afraid of going to delhi" told geet. Maan is confused, yesterday she was happy that all are going to delhi and now suddenly she is saying, she is afraid. "Why geet?" asked maan. But geet didn't answer, she turned back, ran to maan and hugged him tight. She cried in his arms. Maan hugged her tight.

"Shhh calm down geet, nothing will happen. I am there na" told maan. "I don't want to leave you maan" cried geet. "And you will never leave me geet" told maan and caressed her hair. Geet broke the hug, she looked at maan. "I am afraid of sameera" told geet. Her face is covered with fear and pain. Fear of sameera and pain of again leaving maan. Hearing the name of sameera, maan got angry and his hand is turned into a fist.

Maan held geet's shoulder, "Geet, you are my wife. No need to be afraid of anyone. And sameera I got you before also she is no one to me. just a classmate of mine. Geet, I want to know something. Will you tell me?" asked maan. Geet nodded "Why did you leave me and out baby" asked maan. Geet looked at maan with tension. "Don't try to lie geet, tell me the truth" told maan.

"When I was in hospital with our muskaan for regular checkup, that day sameera came to hospital. She saw me and called me. She took me to the near by restaurant. First she talked normally. But after some time she told me that she loves you. I was really, those days seeing your love and care I started living again, but listening to her all my dreams got shattered" tld geet with pain in her eyes.

Maan hugged her sideways but didn't stop her. because he want to know the whole truth today. "She told you both are college friends and fell in love with each other. But dadimaa forced you for this marriage. And you don't want to dis-appoint her so you married me. and you are not at all happy with me. she told me to leave you and our baby. So that you both can marry. I don't know what to do. But all I want is your happiness and I know that you don't love me. you just love our baby, that's the reason you are caring for me. I decided to leave her. So Vicky (gals, if you forget him then let me tell you he is one who helped geet in coming to London. He met geet in hospital during her delivery) helped me and I went to London".

"I thought you both got married and happy in your life. I left our baby there because, in my life there is nothing but pain and I don't want our daughter to face the same pain. I know that you love muskaan very much and you will take care of her" told geet completely. Maan is just staring at her. the grip on her shoulders loosened. Geet got tensed and called him "Maan".

"No geet, don't talk anything. I really don't know what to say. I am short of words. How geet? Hoe you tolerated all this. First your so called family and then sameera. But I don't sameera fully, because I failed. I failed to love you, I failed to gain your trust. If I would have confessed my love long back then you would never leave me. I should blame myself but not that sameera. She used your innocence. And that time I was busy in my office work and all didn't talk with you much. It was all my fault geet. But I wont repeat it again. I promise geet and you don't have to be afraid of such creatures. I will take care of her. She played a game with me and its my turn now".

"You are still angry on me?" asked geet cutely. Maan nodded in a no and told "How can I be angry on you when I am at fault. Geet why did you never told me anything. Geet, if anything is bothering you please tell me. I cant see you in pain" Geet nodded in a yes. "What is that geet?" asked maan worriedly. "Tomorrow is karwa chauth" told geet. "Is that bothering you?" asked a confused maan.

"No not that, you told tomorrow we are going to delhi. then how can I keep vrath?" told geet making a baby face. "You are going to fast?" asked maan. Geet nodded for a yes. "Look yourself in mirror first" told maan. Geet looked at herself and then at maan. "why what happened?" asked geet. "Do you think you will fast, no way geet. No need of that. See how pale and tired you are looking. No need of all this" told maan sternly. "Maan just now you told I should not fear of anything or anyone?" asked geet. Maan nodded in a yes. "Then I am also not cared of you, I will keep vrath for you and you have to break my fast that's it" told geet and turned away but watching him from corner of her eyes.
