Madhu now needs to exorcise her past

All these months have been about RK, his past, his family, and finally with him bringing back his father's photo, and Bappa into his room/life, he is healing and is beginning to accept his past for what it was. Madhu was the catalyst, his support and comfort all through the process.

Now it is her turn to accept her past, her family for what they are. Nobody in this world is completely black or white. She will never be able to move ahead in her life with RK, if she does'nt go through the same process. She will never allow herself to fall in love completely unless she gets over the guilt of what happened to Shamsher.

And it is time for RK to provide her that love and support she will need to come out of the trauma she will feel when she learns that Shamsher wanted to kill RK. She is a morally upright person, and believes that no human has the right to take another human's life, whatever be the provocation.

In the meantime, they are beginning to fall in love with each other, deeply, hopelessly. Their falling in love is almost like a parallel track to all the other tracks.

Now it remains to be seen whether RK sends her back to assauge his guilt about destroying her life. That introspection has already begun. I forsee a separation based on his guilt.
