You not only write so beautifully but your writing has such an impact too. I was sooo frustrated with Khushi's clowny behavior but after reading your remark on the whole issue, I am much more relaxed now. Thanks Swathi.

Nice post.Though I do not understand why people are so much complaining about Khushi.Sometimes I find her comedy OTT but recently not.I have always watched her like this,someone who can bring a smile to my face.Yes I blame CVs for their bad execution of this track and previous tracks.

I have always liked Sanaya and will always like her because she is one of the finest actress who have always improved herself with times.

But there are some places in your post and comments where I disagree..(JUST MY POV)

1)Khushi's role was always like this.Her antics,her forgiving nature,over helpful.Infact sanaya once mentioned in her interview that Khushi can do everything.I accept that CVs are inconsistent with their execution but talking about Khushi's role changed--I disagree.

2)IPK being the only show I follow I always want Sanaya to be nominated but it will wrong to say she is the best and its injustice that she is not being nominated.I agree that awards shows are biased but if we look in the small screen TV industry its dominated by female characters.And people remember the name of the show by its female lead.BUt IPK is not the same.Apart from Sanaya there are many talented actress who have evolved as a fine actress and who very much deserve the awards.

3) pointing to any other actor's working behavior,i don't find it fair .If you go through Sanaya's latest BBC interviews she has mentioned of her IPK's role getting monotonous.(some can take it as complaining and some like me can take it normal for any daily soap actor)

If an actor demands a better script,a better role for himself/herself its not a crime.You can always appreciated someone who likes to sail in the flow but cannot degrade someone who thinks for his/her better future.

4)I don't think so anyone is jealous of SI.Its just different medias present a news in different ways.Rangmanch wrote as unprofessional and tantrum queen and India-forum posted her full statement where she accepted that she took her time which was more than usual to give her best performance.Again its upto us how we want to take those news.

5)And last but not the least she was not the only one who ran this show during kidnapping tracks.The other male lead and NK(who was brought to make up Barun's absence) was very much there.If you watch those kidnapping tracks you will find the episodes like hut scene(which was an epic scene),teri meri,aaoge tum,the 1st confession the male lead was present.This show good or bad runs majorly because of SaRun and ArShi.

Even Sanaya accepted it during a kidnapping promo shoot that she never felt Barun is on leave.(to check you can visit one of india-forums video when Barun got current shocked).Needless to say I appreciate his extra effort to work during leaves.

BY saying all these it doesn't mean I do not like SI.I am one of her admirer(my previous posts explains it).And nowhere I mean to de grade her.If anyone feels such then I apologise for it.

My this reply may be long and off topic but its a reply to those people who compared 2 different human beings which I have been seeing since many days.

One simply cannot think of KHUSHI without immediately thinking of SANAYA IRANI! KHUSHI and SANAYA are synonymous, such is the impact Sanaya has made w/the character. I firmly believe that NO ONE else could have made KHUSHI as real as Miss Irani. Sanaya has brought Khushi to life so beautifully that when Khushi is sad, I am sad, when Khushi is happy, I am happy, when Khushi flashes that 1000 watt smile, I start to smile, when Khushi cries, I want to reach out and give her a big bear hug. Never have I ever felt so attached to a fictional character. I once read someone wrote that Khushi is her imaginary friend (mind you, the woman who wrote this actually is a professional cancer researcher) - I can totally relate!

IPKKND storywise had some good times and not so good times (as we are witnessing now) but through and through, NEVER can I say I saw any hint of discomfort or belief in Sanaya's portrayal of Khushi. Through the bad stories, Sanaya still portrayed Khushi with utmost convinction; so much so that one cannot help but look beyond the character. For me, that is a true testimonial of not only a performer but it says alot about her personality and personal strenght/character (MaShalla).

There have been many "bubbly" characters and there will be many more such characters in the future but for me, there will never ever be anyone like KHUSHI KUMARI GUPTA SINGH RAIZADA. Khushi has indeed touced the deepest corners of my heart and for that, Sanaya Irani, I am very thankful and appreciative of the life you have infused in this beautiful character. Khushi is one character that has touched people despite language barriers, ethnic barriers and geographical barriers. They say love cannot be explained but only felt and I am always amazed to see how people who don't understand hindi, people who live continents away from India, people whose culture and ethnicity vastly differ from our Indian culture tune in to IPPKND to see the "exotic" Khushi. My neighbor who is "white" tries to dance like Khushi (trust me when I say it is a sight to laugh your ass off 😆).

It may seem like the CVs are trying to degrade Khushi's character recently but for me, I see beyond the shitty script and just see a beautiful person who I just simply empathize with. I don't know if Sanaya is aware of it, but I think the most beautiful thing about her is that she's not aware that her smile is contagious. She has this ability to make a room light up (MaShalla) and I may sound like I have a girl crush ( I do😳) but I just adore this quality about her! She's the most nonstarry "star" and she truly shines the brightest!

I am so proud to have known her (albeit on television) and my best wishes are always with her! ⭐️

Very Very Brillant Post .Agree With Each N Every Word Of Ur Post.I Thought Of Watching The Show After Seeing Sanaya In The Promo.Even The Scene Is So Silly She Performs It With So Perfection.Till Now 376 Episodes Over.I Have Never Seen A Disinterest In The Face Of Sanaya In The Show ,Tiredness,Detached With Scene.This Shows Her Perfection.In The School While Searching File The Antics She Did Was So Perfect .TV's Raj Kapoor N Charlie Chaplin.I Am Still Watching The Show Instead Of The Crap Track Is For Sanaya Sake.She Works Over Time .Because Someone Always Take Leave N Was Enjoying In Delhi. All Cv's ,PH ,SP Take Her For Granted.Assassinated K Character So Much.From Lead They Made Her As Comedian N Side Actor .Still She Is Giving Her 200% Not Demanding Anything.This Why I Love Sanaya More N Respect Her Not Only As Actress But Has A Person.Hats Off Sanaya For Making Khushi So Lively To Watch .I Take A Bow At Her Acting .She Can Switch Emotions So Easily In One Scene From Emotion ,Angry,Naughty,Flirty , Comedy ,Romantic With So Ease .Yest The Way She Depicted Pain Made Me So Emotional .

Aye, Aye. Sanaya is extremely talented. Very few has beauty and talent. She is a gem. Sanaya, through Khushi, stole my heart totally. It is always a pleasure to watch her. No matter what script is thrown her way, she has done it beautifully.
