No it was not ... even after Anand Sr used Abhay " Uncle" , Kunal " Papa" , sote time papa etc siddhi's brain didn't suspect ... she only noticed how does he knows it ... but nothing in detail

and she was mute again ... why can't she just go to abhay and tell him she doesn't wanna get married to him

as now promo was misleading i m not Going to believe precap
