Between the star-studded evening of the first edition of the popular People's Choice award, Colors' popular show Madhubala- Ek Ishq Ek Junoon's entire team's faces were gleaming with a broad smile. And why not? After all, the youngest show on Colors had won the Award for the Favourite New Show on Television.

Talking about this special nomination and award, show's producer Saurabh Tewari from Nautanki Telefilms expressed his excitement and told us that entire team of Madhubala is elated! According to him,being awarded by people, in the fully democratic process, is the biggest award in the world. He thanked all the viewers who voted for the show and made this show the most popular show online.

When prodded further to say something about the USP of the show, he said that what sets the show apart is the perfect blend of Youth centric storyline fused with a right amount of kitchen drama. Well, don't we all agree to this?
