@Pearl: Happy Birthday again! I didn't realise today was actually your birthday!

@Zee: Sorry, I didn't see that it was your birthday yesterday! Happy belated birthday to you too and I hope it was wonderful!

@All: I am having a crazy few days because I have two papers due this week! That is why I am not online that much! But after Wednesday, I'll be back in form with full takes. Until then, I can jot down a few thoughts at best.

About Friday's episode:

I loved the scene with the kids, and the whole family together, getting them ready for school! That was precious because we get so few moments like that, and even more precious because now we get to see both Aarti and Yash really enjoying their kids together. I thought it was really significant how Palak asked why they couldn't have sports every day and Aarti explained that they have to study along with playing. It sort of foreshadowed the dark phase the Aarti-Yash relationship is going to go through. Right now they are just "playing" every day and not really dealing with the serious aspects of their relationship. The divorce truth will force them to do just that! Of course the idea of the hearty laugh they had over their kids' precocious questions was sweet, but I too think that that laugh is getting a bit repetitive. You don't always laugh the same way, right?

I loved the way they did the scene at Shobha's house. Aarti talking about Yash the way she did probably hit Prashant much harder than anything she could have said against him in a confrontation. By saying everything that Yash did and is doing for her and Ansh, she was basically listing everything Prashant had not done for them. I love that they added that little detail about the letters Ansh used to write to his father and how he doesn't write them any more because Yash fulfills his desires before he even asks for them. The irony must have hit Prashant like a ton of bricks, that he wants to be part of Ansh's life only when Ansh no longer needs him. Aarti never once said a bad thing about Prashant, but for Prashant, I am sure that that is what makes it all the worse: she doesn't care enough about him even to hate him because her mind is so full of her happy new life.

I thought the symbolism of the watch was really interesting, since it represents time passing. Aarti gifted Prashant that watch, she gave him time, as proved by the fact that she was willing to wait an eternity for him to come back to her. Thankfully, Shobha and Dubey put in every effort to make sure that didn't happen and to get her settled in a situation that was full of potential for her happiness, and they were right. Now Prashant sits with that watch in his hand, thinking of all the time gifted to him by Aarti that he wasted, and then in his haste, leaves the watch on the table. And as we saw by the end of the episode, Aarti picks up the watch. How much time Prashant has is in her hands now and she has to decide if she will gift him that time again, or not.

Loved your take on the Episode👏,Yup!! Prashant listening to all the praises was like icing on the cake.I could see clear guilt on his face and fabulous symbolism on the watch,its all going to be Aarthi's decision with Yash beside her.

@Samana : Awesome take 👏👏... I liked your watch symbolism here about the passing time ..Aarti has moved on while Prashant is still stuck there ... But this whole watch scenario makes me wonder if Prashant left that watch deliberately for Aarti to see it since he knows Shobha might or might not tell her the truth and if Aarti sees the watch , she will recognise it for sure ..Prashant knows that for him to survive , Aarti should first come to know about his existence and so I wont b shocked if Prashant left the watch deliberately there 😕

here's my opinion on monday's to wednesday's epi...

Monday
I didn't lyk how Yash thought abt wht Arpita liked wen she was pregnant but then u can't blame him since he was always to engulfed in his Arpita madness to notice waht Arti liked and wht she didn't like. So if he uses Arpita to figure out Arti likes and dislikes I hav no problem thts the only time he's allowed to think abt Arpita 😆 it looks lyk arti mood swings has begun too because wen Yash was trying to get her into agreeing to go to the Italian restaurant and he said " but Italian food tastes really good!!" and she got irritated and told him "did I say Italian food doesn't taste good?" poor Yash shut up one time and changed the the topic poor man😆
I hate Dubeyji or Satyendraji or watever his name iz😡... but looking at things frm his pov can't blame him for not caring for Arti's feelings or wht wud happen to her if Yash and his family gets to find out tht Arti is a divorcee and not a widower because his son is dying and any parent wud do anything for their dying child's survival no matter how much trouble it can get them into...I feel really bad for Prashant though Nida left him wen she found out abt his cancer 😭 but thts all katma I guess "wht goes around comes around" and I love how cvs portrayed tht because wen Prashant left Arti she needed him the most and now wen Prashant needed his wife the most she left him.
Arti was right in saying tht Yash should be more concerned for Sugni rather than being worried for Vikram but being a guy it is obvious tht he wud be concerned abt Vikram and loved how Arti made him understand in the end tht for a woman her husband is the most important thing in her life.

Tuesday
🤣 🤣😆 OMG!!! I almost died wen Yash stopped Arti frm sitting down on the bench because it was dirty and he dusted it out for her the he was behaving I wouldn't have been surprised if he built a comfortable bench 4 her to sit on😛😆 Oh god and cud he be anymore crazy when he had put on the paper hat my lil sister wanted to knw if he was crazy 😆 and he asked the bhel vendor guy to move so he can make hygienic bhel for Arti (btw what is tht does it taste good??) and was he showing off with the tomatoes or sumthing doesn't he knw how hard it is to plant and take care of tomatoes I should make him come in my skool and take care of my tomatoes plants he was wasting tomatoes lyk wow!!!😡😆 he wud knw to be careful with them when he has to bend down in the hot sun everyday and pluck out weeds 😆 and wen he was cutting up the onions and crying one time my mom forced me to cut onions and I was crying too haha😆 anyway he made mango chutney my nickname is mango how I even got tht nickname its a whole different story🤣I wonder if his mango shutney tasted lyk my nanny's one ooo rite and I lyked how Arti made faces to scare him and he closed his eyes and then opened one of them and Arti did sign language showing tht the food was tasting good and I can c tht he is not fully comfortable with Arti yet cuz wen she gng to feed him with her spoon he took out a spoon of his own and ate... did u see how he was eating the bhel it was luk he was a duck he kept lifting up his head and swallowing😆 I lyked wen Arti made Yash make bhel for da pregnant lady hahaha he's a very obedient husband😛 and wen Arti called back Shoba ma and was telling her abt happy she was I felt so bad for shobha ma cuz on hand she was happy for her daughter-in-law who finally found happiness and on the other hand she was devastated cuz her only son was dying and wen she started crying Arti sensed it in her voice tht she was crying but it was really funny how Shobha ma told Arti tht she was crying cuz she just cutting onions too...
ahhh now for epic lemon Con🤣 OMG!! I lyked wen arti wanted to vomit and Yash came out of da washroom and saw her wanting to vomit and he kept calling her Artiji, Artiji and then he called her Arti and arti looked at him and he was like ji Artiji r u ok and she told him she wanted to vomit and poor girl already wanted to vomit Yash picked up a hat and asked her to vomit in the hat If I was her I wud've vomit on him for spite😆 anyway I lyked how she told him Yashji plz don't irritate me more I'm already irritated and he was lyk ok wht should I do and he was gonna run to da kitchen for a lemon but Arti told him no she feels dizzy she can't go and then he stood there and started loosening his robe well I fall of the bed laughing at him I never laughed so hard in my life yet and the way how Arti looked at him it was epic it was lyk she was saying " I wanna vomit and you're taking off u're robe o lord I hope u don't wanna do another con rite now" and she asked him wht are u doing and he told her tht he took a lemon bath and then he pulled her to him and made her smell him and he was lyk " take deep breaths in, out, in out" boy tht sounded really wrong if vidhi or Pratik or bua was passing by their door and heard him saying tht so many things wud've been running through their heads and Bua might've just caught a heart attack and Yash was acting lyk if he was afraid tht she wud vomit on him and he still stood there breathing deeply while Arti stood there looking at him lyk he was mad. 🤣

Wednesday
I liked how he removed the pillows from between them tht was qutie logical cuz those pillows don't make any sense there they already did everything🤣 Arti even ended up getting pregnant😛. Arti is really moody sumtimes is scared of da rain and sumtimes she is not😕 confusing lady I tell u. I liked how Yash held her hand and re-assured her tht she doesn't need to b scared he is there with her so she should just go to sleep. Tht was really sweet of him. Man this shobha has some srs issues she needs to figure wat iz more important in her life her bahu's happiness or her son's life
boy Paridhi is in some srs s*** here and it wud've been better if she didn't even hav a mother tht woman iz crazy, telling ur daughter to hide things frm her husband and just run away with him to Sweden iz definitely not good advice and poor Vidhi mite get in trouble cuz of Pari's stupidness I felt so bad for her she iz forced to lie to Pratik because she went to da wrong person for advice but I don't see anyone else she can go to cuz Yash and Arti has problems of their own and if she told anyone else they wud've thrown her out of da house (SP and G3) or look at her differently and question her character (although she did wht she did under the influence of alcohol) (Vidhi and Pankaj) or poison her mind and play some mind games with her to get her to go against Arti and Yash (Bua)
Arti woke up the next morning and was on Yash side of da bed to make it more realastic they cud've shown her facing the bathroom it wud've looked lyk she rolled over to his side in her sleep and not lyk if she slept ontop of him all night😛😆 and wen she woke up and Yash was in da bathroom and she badly needed to go and she went banging on da door and Yash was lyk giv me 2 mins. and she said no I can't wait open the door and he replied ok giv me 1 min. and she said I can't even wait one min. and he said alrite give me 30secs. and she said If u don't open the door I'll vomit right here and wen she ran she almost knocked him in his face with the door and ran to vomit and Yash with his crazy self suggested lemonade but then said no I just took a lemon bath and he held the top of his robe suggesting tht Arti should smell him (I think he really enjoyed her smelling him) 🤣 and Arti got irritated and said "Yashji plz!" I think the mood swings r starting woohoo🥳and he was lyk "I was kidding Artiji" and ran off to get the lemonade for her😆
they were good episodes overall I haven't laughed at this show soo much since their suhaag raat😆

@Samana: Howsoever busy you might be, even a couple of paras from you are worth the wait.

That Aarti/Shobha scene...it was the first time Prashant was getting to know first hand what damage he actually did by walking away, the repercussions he never gave a heed to...Since he left, his mother had been so angry that she broke all communication links and his father was covertly supportive...so he never really knew what Aarti went through. Aarti speaking so highly of Yash has given the first real reality check to Prashant...By helping Aarti and Ansh, he must have felt some peace at having to do something for his ex family...but now he knows that even that satisfaction was on false grounds...Aarti never really needed his help, in particular. For her he was just another do-gooder who helped (in Lalitpur). In a way it nullifies his intent. He did have the time in his hands...once, but it is gone now...he left in haste after playing around with the time she gave him...just as the Watch scene. He now will realize that he cannot turn back the clock...and try to cheer Aarti up by proxy. If Aarti comes to know he has played up Yash, she'll hit the roof...and all his good intentions will blow fuse. At the end, it is pretty clear that he is trying to be all self-sacrificing and a messiah for his own self...for his own peace of mind...to appease all the guilt that he carries, but like I said, it's a bit too late in the day...now his well-intended efforts may only break what has already mended and is a whole!!!
