Is actress more mature than actor?

Always actress mostly wont play older roles .but now ankita playing mother role even though she is 27.tina and rashmi also doin mother roles.but while coming to actors sushant and nandish are not ready to play father role.now actress getting more mature. Other actors i mentioned here for example. Dont bash.
